Installation went as planned. Our AC went out on Tuesday. Kyle, the customer service representative arrived on Wednesday morning at 10AM. By 12PM we had a replacement contract in place. Thursday evening at 5PM both new units where cooling our home. Kyle was even able to give us a better price and warranty than a competing vendor. Installation technicians were respectful, friendly and very professional. Kyle and customer service personnel have all called to make sure everything was working properly and to make certain they had met our expectations. Fantastic, prompt customer service.

This plumbing company did a fantastic job! They were very responsive and cleared our clients drain problems quick so we could clean up the mess from a sewage back-up. The plumber who came out was very nice and was able to fix my issue of cold water not coming out of bathroom sink. It was $145 for the labor (no materials were used). The amount of time was 30-60 minutes. However, he did get water on my walls and left a few stains on my walls. It would’ve been nice if he was prepared and more careful in controlling the water leakage. I wasn’t aware that’d I’d be charged for this trip as I thought only an estimate would be provided. The plumber should’ve told me before hand he is moving forward with the fix and how much it’d cost. I had checked with the company through email that there’d be no charge for the trip, so it was unexpected when I was asked to pay.

Tried calling and got a machine. Press 1 for plumber and press 2 for all other calls. I wanted a quote so pressed 2. Machine said were sorry, this line is only for plumbers and hung up on me. Annoying machine. Option 1 wanted my zip. No thanks.
