Great deals and excellent service! Everything went smoothly and Eric arrived on schedule and within budget. To draw a new wire, he even ventured beneath the home! He effectively resolved my problems, and the interaction was nice enough that I would probably utilize Sterling Electrician again.

The bedroom fuse kept tripping all day long, the closet light didn't work, and our bathroom fan did not work. We called Sterling Electrician and they were able to come quickly! Ben was very professional and kind. He showed us the burned fuse and explained why the fan didn't work. They replaced the melted fuse, installed a new closet light, and replaced the defective bathroom fan in a few hours. He and his team did an amazing job! We plan to hire them again soon to install LED lights. Thank you!!!

Power went out in their kitchen and I needed to the power fast, especially to my refrigerator. Sterling Electrician was very responsive and able to come within 24 hours--every other contractor I called was slower and less responsive. Steff fixed the problem for a reasonable price. I recommend him.

Reliable, on time, honest and they do great work. I had them install a whole house fan for me. They helped me choose the right fan and made sure it would work with all the gables in my house, and the install was quick, clean and easy. I’ve called for small fixes too, and gotten the same fast, thoughtful and professional service every time.

My main electric baseboard heater stopped working during a cold snap so I needed help fast. Sterling came over within a day and diagnosed the problem. He set it up so the heater continued to work and without a thermostat and gave me some good advice on which one to replace it with. Overall Sterling is a prompt and professional electrician, I've already recommended him to friends and would recommend him to anyone else as well!

Excellent service and great prices! Eric showed up on time and on budget, everything went off without a hitch. He even went under the house to pull a new wire! I feel confident that he solved my issues efficiently and my experience was pleasant enough that I'd likely use Sterling Electrician again.

This is an all-around great company (efficient, licensed, fairly priced), but this review is for Jimmy and the office staff in particular. Erick has replaced a ton of old wiring in my home. He's punctual, respectful, straightforward, and has done great work around here. The office staff is great too - they return my calls quickly and scheduling is unusually simple.

This is not a reputable business and they will take your deposit money and then never show up to provide the service. I made 5 appointments in an attempt to get my fan and doors repaired. After 5 missed appointments where I wasted my entire day waiting on a service that was never provided I asked for a refund of my initial deposit. Since then I have been unable to speak to anyone about the status of that request and while I am repeatedly told they will call me back with information I have yet to receive any service or refund from them.

A great find! Eric was excellent with helping install my lighting and inspect my circuit breakers. He was very professional and friendly. We are very pleased with the work done. This was my first time using him but won't be the last. Thank you!

Booked an appointment for service, no call/no show, so I called to reschedule and get another appointment. No show on the 2nd appointment again smh
