Thanks Jacob did a great job, definitely looked out and got the work done. If you’re a woman you’ll understand this part, I did not feel like he was taking advantage of me because I was a woman literally talk to me and explain everything to me and was able to restore the power in my second-floor unit. I will definitely keep them locked in for future projects. I ain’t gonna lie, I was taken back by the price, but they worked with me to get what I needed done. Adulting is expensive.

A box truck for Morgan Electric was behind me this morning on Briley Parkway and I was not going fast enough for them. I was already going above the speed limit and the driver gave me the middle finger as well as threw up his hands multiple times and yelled explicatives at me as he passed. When he passed he proceeded to drive at dangerous speeds on Briley Parkway that definitely exceeded over 15 miles per hour over the speed limit. I tried to contact Morgan Electric this morning to share my experience and even though their office is open at 7:30 a.m. I was not able to get anyone on the phone. I am glad I don't have any electrical issues and I need their assistance with because their voicemail system will not even allow me to leave a voicemail.

Came promptly, very efficient work. Did exactly what we wanted.

Replaced an existing outside light fixture. Total time was less than fifteen minutes. Charged $120.00. I would have had much more work performed if he had not ripped me so badly on the front end. Lesson learned, always get a firm price for services from this person...I would never use him again.

If I could give less I would. They didn’t do the work to code, they refused to fix their mistakes after I paid them in full, they lied to the city of Franklin & they tried to barge me more money to fix the mistakes THEY made. They put me in a horrible position with my permit. The will never answer the phone. The owner Ron Belford is a loose canon, ticking time bomb and was rude to me on several occasions out of nowhere. DONT HIRE THEM. They will NOT stand by their work. I should’ve known by the name...”discount” Some things just aren’t worth getting a good deal on...smh
