Inexperienced personnel, I had to fish the wire down the wall myself for my thermostat, wasn’t explained to that the eco bee was better than the Honeywell the project took way too long to complete, my honest experience

Last week, I called on Thursday and again yesterday (Monday). Each time I left a voicemail briefly describing my electrical problem and left my phone number. The phone was not answered during business hours. I did not hear back from this business. I don't know if they are on vacation, ill or too busy.
