Could not have asked for better service! After purchasing an older home in Nashville and encountering a few electrical problems, I contacted multiple electricians/companies to get quotes. Many of the companies drafted outrageous quotes, attempting to sell us on things that we didn't ask for and do not need at the moment. As new homeowners, we want to aware of any issues our house may have -but be able to consult professionals honestly about what needs to be prioritized. John was incredibly honest and knowledgeable. He treated us with respect and answered all of our questions quickly, efficiently, and positively. Beyond that, on the date of his service he confirmed his arrival before hand and was right on time. He handled the job on his own (when other companies doubled the quote due to needing multiple men) in 95 degree heat, in an unconditioned attic space. And beyond that, not that you'd need more, his rates were highly competitive. I could not recommend him enough! We will be using him for all of our electrical needs from this point onward.

I cold called Phil with an electrical outlet problem. As he was in someones attic, He offered me two options, [1] come out to the house for so much a half hour or Over the phone, no charge!!!, he helped me fix it over the phone in a very kind straight forward way.
I reccomend him very strongly and will be using him in the future for other projects!!

I've had a tough time with our build and let me tell you it's few and far between to meet such good people as Brent and his crew! He has gone FAR above the call of duty to connect with us and offer THE BEST communication anyone could ever hope for in an electrician or a sub contractor. I would recommend them over and over again! Thanks Brent for being the best out there! Our experience has been the best possible! I wish it could give 10 stars!

I've used Shane Electric for two small-to-medium sized projects in my home. They have been very efficient and pricing is extremely competitive. The biggest compliment I can pay to Shane Electric is integrity. I was in need of a floor outlet that included a high level of uncertainty as to how much effort it would take to get the wire fished to where the outlet needed to be. Aaron told me that he was going to estimate it high, and if it took less effort than he estimated, he would lower my final invoice. Much to my surprise/satisfaction, he did lower my final invoice as agreed, and the total cost of the electrical portion of my project ended up nearly half of another estimate I had obtained. It is not always the estimate alone that makes a difference in selecting a trade to perform work. When you are promised, and actually receive, adjustments as appropriate, it makes all the difference. And for that, Shane Electric gets the highest recommendation possible from me.

Had an EV outlet installed in the garage and they were fast and extremely fair on price. 14/10 would recommend.

I called them in the morning to replace a hard-wired smoke detector and they were out that afternoon. Steve was very professional and on time which was a plus for a mom like me! He quickly installed a new one and didn't mind my 3 year old watching him. I would definitely use Lin-Dell again for any of my electrical needs.

Caleb and Robert were the most friendly, efficient, and professional electricians I have ever worked with. The price was established previously and they did exactly what they were supposed to do and made sure to clean up after themselves allowing me to open my business an hour later. If I ever need any more work done, I know who to contact!
