I made an appointment with Fixer Seattle for a single toilet replacement. The morning of the appointment the single became two. I called early to inquire if they possibly could install both the same day. They were so accommodating. The plumber was punctual, the job done (both!!!) and the work was outstanding. Could not love Seatown more. From the scheduler in the office to the techs and specialists - every single interaction has been wonderful. Seatown installed mini splits in our home, provides twice yearly maintenance, and they handle all our plumbing and electrical needs. We have had two plumbing emergencies in the last two months and Seatown made time for us on their schedule ASAP both times. The techs are always on time, are super professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and take time to explain their work. Seriously have no reason to ever call another company - Seatown for the win!

As a general contractor, we stake our reputation on those that we work with; and Kemly always exceeds our expectations.

PMA Electrical Contractors. License CURRENTLY SUSPENDED. As it has been numerous times for business and trade violations over the last 15 years. So much so that he was forced to close his last fake company and start PMA. Unethical labor practices. Hires electrical trainees (even though he is restricted from doing so, by the Wa. State Dept. Of Labor and Industries, because of prior violations involving unattended trainees on jobsites and failure to record and report trainees hours to L&I and the IRS) The consummate scam master. Great electrical knowledge. But given his propensity to avoid giving customers solid estimates, then invoicing them with prices of 200 to 300% higher than the customers were lead to believe, he is running out of dupes to work for. Builders and contractors fire PMA, Tim Ghezzi specifically, quite regularly.
