We got to put the system to the test 2/2023 and it worked perfectly. It automatically started on three separate times and each time worked seamlessly. Kept our family and several friends and neighbors warm during the outages.Highly recommend Joe to anyone considering installing a generator at their home.

Electrician was 5 hours late to the appointment to give us a quote. That should have been a warning sign. But we agreed to do the job a few days later.This morning he said he would arrive at 9.9:30 - I called him to see where he was and he said he was. He said he was 20 minutes out.10:57 - still not here. Called and texted him to see what was up as I had cleared my morning for this. No response2:00 - still haven’t heard anything from him.We called the Rentner and they were not helpful in finding out what the heck happened to this guy.Not reliable.

Came out to install an outlet for a customer I'm doing work for. Left a mess everywhere. Sent out another guy to clean up the mess that was as rude as could be. Said we made the mess when it is clearly the concrete dust from them drilling thru a concrete wall to run wire.

Doesn't legally secure insulation, metal ladders, and all supplies into back of the AMD FORD F150's left all flying out of vehicles on I -35 in Georgetown. When called to alert company, the male who answered the phone refused to tell me who he was despite asking me and I told him who I was and how come I was calling (AMD vehicle and employees caused accident due to non secured construction items in bed of trucks). I was yelled at. Police report with photos, lic plates, for police report. Very unprofessional, and Illegal. This company does not care to be informed and notified.

Be very careful with this contractor. He was called out to give us a bid for work on one of our properties. He was onsite for about fifteen minutes and did not do anything but look. He then billed us for work he did and when we refused to pay he threatened us with a lien. If I could give him less than 1 star I would.
