The electrician very knowledgeable and professional however there was nothing wrong with my switch, it was something else and they have this fee that set me back 150 dollars just for this little check up, wish they would have tell me when I set the appointment.

We needed 4 ceiling fans installed and a new light in our basement. From contacting the electrician initially and scheduling our installation everything went as smooth as possible. The company is very honest and up front with everything, no hidden fees or B.S. Not to mention the work was done efficiently and turned out very well! We loved how everything turned out. Would highly recommend Midway Electric!!!

The February 2023 ice storm caused my neighbors’ tree to fall on the individual power line to my house. Knowing that the city would not repair that line, I reached out to several electricians seeking help. I sent out emails at midnight and this company responded before I woke up the next morning. They sent Efren to access the damage promptly at 9:00 am. He quickly removed the debris that covered my line and had me fully reconnected long before noon! I couldn’t have expected a better response or service!!

Mixed experience. They were quick to answer the phone and schedule an appt. But no call before showing, and they tried to extend time spent at my house during the billing. The work was done but this is not a local company -- this is a large national entity with some concerning behaviors.

Martin and his team do an amazing job. We had an old house with aluminum wiring. They fully rewired it and redid all of our AC duct work for a fair price. Even put in Cat6 Ethernet throughout for us.We ran into issues with our handyman and drywallers but Martin was always patient and helpful, even coming out to fix an AC issue that was separate from the original job.Can't recommend these guys enough if you need work done in the Austin area.
