Charged me a $99 consultation fee to come out and tell me that the unit is old and need replacement. The company representative told me the guy had to clean the coils but he asked me over 600$ to do that. Unbelievably unprofessional and disgusting.

I must say, a very respectful company with well-mannered employees. They worked hard to to repair my toilet despite the sauna like conditions. I even tried to offer them water and they respectfully refused as they finished up repair my leak, drenched in sweat. Great company!

I called at 8:30pm and was told they'd call me back in 5 minutes. An hour later I called them back and got an answering machine. THEY ARE NOT 24 HOURS. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE GUYS

Non-responsive, not recommended. This plumber charged us $130 for a 10min assessment on a water heater replacement, stated that fee would go towards work, then never got back to us after repeated calls, emails.
