Chad replaced a bathroom fan for us and it was an excellent experience. He’s clearly very knowledgeable and has a ton of experience!

Attempted to schedule service with this company after purchasing a new home at the beginning of last month. I was told he would have a three week lead time, we discussed him doing the work at the beginning of the following month, that he would need to pull permits etc. We clarified the work that was needed as he had originally quoted for the realtor I was buying from. I explained there was confusion on what was supposed to be quoted, clarified what I actually needed and received the correct quote. I stated that I would follow up with the selling realtor about the confusion but that I would want him to go ahead with the work. When I never heard back from him regarding finalized scheduling of the project, I called back at the beginning of the month we had discussed. He had done nothing to prepare for the project, never followed up, and now had another three week lead time to do the work. This has vastly affected my ability to move into my new home as well as thrown off the entire timeline of the other renovations I am doing. He attempted to do nothing to ameliorate the communication error on his side. Would not recommend.

We are very pleased with the work JD Electrical Home Solution did in our home. They installed lights in 3 of our bedrooms, and our kiddos were excited to finally have lights in the rooms. We will definitely use JD Electrical again for more projects in our home. I highly recommend using their services.

Not sure what is going on here but this phone number leads to a non-local company called Premium Home Service that basically just sources professionals in the area to do work that is requested -- electrical, appliance, handyman, etc. They will also sell a $149 yearly subscription that includes free initial visits and then you contract for further work if needed.

I have no problem with the business model and the $149 yearly subscription seems like it could be a good deal.

The problem is the execution. I bought the subscription and asked for an electrician. They said they could have one at my house in two days between 9am and 1pm. Sounded great, I agreed, and they sent an email confirmation.

By 3:40pm on the day of the appointment no one had showed and I had received no communication about what was causing the delay. When I called they said they couldn't find an electrician.

I don't have time to deal with companies that can't follow through on their commitments, so I canceled the membership (there us a 7-day cancellation period). Then it got even more problematic.

They asked for a written reason, which I supplied via email. But instead of issuing a refund, they actually attempted to put another $149 charge on my credit card, which my bank tagged as possible fraud and rejected. I assume Premium Home Service saw this rejection and then issued the refund because I saw it appear in my credit card's pending transactions.

A day later, I got an email with a credit card receipt for $149, so I checked my credit card account, and sure enough they had tried to charge me again! I emailed them to tell them to reverse it or I will contest/chargeback with my credit card company, and it appears they did end up reversing it.

Long story short: this company is just not worth the hassle.

Charles and crew were a pleasure to work with. Outside of their fair pricing and quality service they were always on time along with their excellent customer service, they are second to none. Not every day you run in to a company that is honest and look out for the customers best interest and not over selling on services they do not need. I highly recommend you use CT Electrical service for all of your electrical needs.

fantastic experience! followed a sequence of investigation. Answer/solution arrived out of the 1st step but they checked out the remainder of the system efficiently.

The quality of work that was done was above and beyond my expectations. Areno was quick to diagnose and give and honest quote for the job and did not charge for things that were not needed. Great job! Definately would recommend him to others.

In Jobsite Daughter Thai Downtown I quit this company Because no good payment .Besides that they hired a new guy none experience and forman put him to supervise me

FYI Jim doesn't do agreements just estimates. He Started a total remodel of 2600 sf overhauled 100amp panel to 200 in October 2015! Took us 5 months to get started but we were warned up front Jim was that far out & busy. We passed the rough in then I saw Jim one more time in 2016 & we got 3 outlets & 1 switch! Yay! BUT

Haven't seen or heard from Jim since! We've texted called & emailed EVERYTHING has gone unanswered! Some girl answered his emails once then emailed me back to say she quit! Very fishy, maybe Jims website has been hacked. Maybe Jim is dead. We just don't know!

We just can't continue to wait on Jim to finish the House & call the building dept for final inspection. We don't know how good Jim is because we haven't passed final. Our concern is Jim might have known it might not pass so he just disappeared! With no agreement in place there's nothing but a verbal agreement. So he's been paid $6,800 & didn't finish the job! We liked Jim personally & just hope he's ok alive & his family is good!

My advice: buyer beware! GET AN AGREEMENT IN WRITING OR DONT HIRE!
