We received several quotes and sphere was competitive but more importantly reliable and very professional. Kris and his crew did a complete rewiring of our nearly 100 year old home. They upgraded our system by adding many outlets, an attic fan, and extra lighting anywhere we asked. They found a couple of potential fire hazard locations during this process. Kenny office staff write all of those reviews. Their pay is not competitive at all extremely clicky work environment. Almost no licensed journeyman. For being such a big contractor their lack of knowledge is surprising. Bordering on scary.

Chris from Mile Hi was able to diagnose an electrical issue at my house over the phone, then provided perfect instructions on how to take corrective action, and then didnt charge me anything. I was prepared for him to come on site the following day, but he knew this was something I could likely handle on my own and helped walk me through the repair free of charge. I called Doctor Fix-It last minute for a quote on cleaning my ducts and to service my a/c and furnace. They promptly scheduled a quote and Jose come out and do a walk through with me the same day. I was also able to get an appointment for the work to be done the next day. Jose was very patient and understanding walking throughout the house for the work that needed to be completed. He also came back the next day to follow up and service the a/c and furnace himself. When he discovered issues with the HVAC system he walked me through the whole process calling another colleague out and walking through our options with my mother and I. When he noticed that some vents were not properly cleaned he rescheduled the cleaning to ensure that the work was done thoroughly. From my interactions with Doctor Fix-It and Jose I can tell that this is a company that takes pride in their work and goes out of their way to ensure the customer is educated about their work.
