Paul does excellent work and is very knowledgeable regarding all phases of plumbing. He is fully licensed and insured. He's not the fastest guy out there but you can feel confident that when he's done a job it's been done right.

We've used Always Plumbing & Heating two times since moving into our new home, and both times have been excellent experiences. Not only did it cost less than we were expecting (both times!), but Ed was very friendly and polite. He patiently explained the problems and answered our questions. Our water heater started leaking due to corrosion. Called and spoke with Charles who came out the next day to evaluate. We had to replace the entire tank. Charles showed me what had gone wrong causing the leak and provided me a reasonable quote for the work to replace. Within a short amount of time Charles had a new water heater tank installed and the old one hauled away. He walked me through the routine maintenance I should have been doing to prevent issues and made sure I understood the operations on the new tank. Very friendly, professional and responsive company to work with. Highly recommend.

The guy who came out to look at my leaking shower in the master bath seriously asked me WHY I wanted the shower fixed and wasted time explaining I would like a functioning shower in my home.
Other than that, he said it's probably a tile issue; could be drain, but he doesn't know. Okay, thanks? Isn't that what I'm paying you for?
