Paul responded quickly to our sewer backup. He was a professional, and introduced us to the hydrojetting method. It clears the tree roots and it flushes out years of sludge. With his camera we were able to see the cause of the backup and evaluate the condition of the pipes. We are grateful to Paul and recommend him highly. Thank you Paul!

Octavio fixed leaks under two new faucets installed by someone else. He is friendly, knowledgeable and was able to fit me in the next day on my time schedule. He did a great job in record time. His fees are also more than fair. In fact, I’ll be contacting him again soon to replace my kitchen sink. I’m glad I found him!

We had a main drain back up and our technician was amazing. I wish I could say the entire experience was great, but at least when it came ti work I was extremely satisfied. There initial call center I called was horrible. I almost hung up on her because she was so rude. However I was standing in water and needed help. I'm glad I stayed on the line, even though her horrible attitude. The service technician, Kevin, was friendly, reassuring and great to work with. He fixed the problem quickly, offered suggestions on how to help prevent this in the future and was just all around great. As long as you can get around the horrible call center, you won't be disappointed.
