Brothers Plumbing was fantastic to work with! They were professional and punctual and our tech, Johnny M did a great job! The office called to give me a time window and Johnny confirmed before arriving. He was also great with our overly curious dog that kept interrupting his work. The gas line install was quick and looks great, we will definitely be using them again!

They installed a tankless water heater for $2,500 less than the next closest estimate. I was skeptical like it was too good to be true. But they killed it. On time. Friendly. Worked straight through until it was done. And didn’t go a penny over their estimate.

Hector, was informative, he greeted me as soon as I opened the door. He introduced himself and waited for me to solution before we began talking about the reason he was there. He was thorough and when he was finished he explained to me. He was a respectful young man.

I couldn't be happier with the service I have received from Top Shelf. Johan has been out for us twice for two separate issues. He is friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Both times I have been very impressed. I would highly recommend them for any job large or small.

We used High Five to replace three toilets all in one trip. The guys were on time, informative, polite, etc., she they got it all done in roughly 2.5 hours.The only thing I'd note is that I felt like the price was a little high (higher than research let me to believe is typical). I don't know how much faith to put in those numbers, but it did feel a bit pricey to me.

Extremely professional. Arrived on time. Didn’t even charge me as the owner said “I didn’t really fix it.” (By the time he showed up the toilet starting functioning again).

We had Steven over tuesday October 12th at 9 am. Steven was on time and was a pleasure to have in our home. He was honest and fair when others tried to get over on us. Had these guys come out a few times to fix various plumbing issues. Each time they did a great job. Only negative thing that I can say is that I believe I was over charged on my last visit because the plumber wrote up the ticket as a water main valve repair instead of an external irrigation valve repair.*EDIT* Bell was able to look into the charges and said that they believe the charges were correct while admitting the verbiage used on the invoice was confusing at best. They said they will take steps in the future to ensure the verbiage is more concise. I am happy that they took initiative in looking into my concerns. They really do have a high level of professionalism.

Excellent service, Jose and his sons are professional and know the job. I had my main line replaced, Jose and his crew came in finished the job same day and charged me just a little over half of other estimates I had gotten. Any plumbing issues I have, I will always call Muscle Rooter.

I was able to schedule to meet my availability and Dan took care of the line rooting and provided some helpful suggestions. The over the phone and consistent pricing is a great benefit. No surprise charges like other companies. Best gift to myself this holiday was a clean drain line and peace of mind.
