I called about a leaky toilet. Scott said he couldn't get to it on the day I called but could definitely could come over the following day. Around mid day I called him to see if he was coming out and he totally forgot all about me. And thrn tells me he would be able to come till the following week. Not a way to run a business.

Paul was extremely responsive, professional and did an amazing job. I had an emergency and was able to make it to my home ASAP. Was able to repair a bursted pipe. He's a life saver!

I had a shut off valve that needed to be replaced for my new dishwasher installation. From the beginning Octavio was punctual and turned up about 15 minutes early and he was ready to go. He had already looked up my unit type and once he shut off the water it took him less than 10 minutes to replace the valve. He was easy going and respectful throughout the service. 10/10 recommend !!!

Really recommend this company!! luis and his people helped me with my broken sewer pipe. They gave me a really great price they were very carefull with my yard and left it clean and neat except they don’t replace sod but after all very satisfied!

I could not have been happier with my recent experience. I found Todd's through online reviews when our water heater went out and started leaking all over the basement. I sent a picture and got a call right away with a quote and a few hours later I called back to schedule the replacement for the next day. The installer Alan was exceptional! He was friendly, knowledgeable and did a wonderful job replacing the water heater and also our water pressure reducer valve. From start to finish this company was fabulous and I would highly recommend them!

First visit: We just purchased a house and the 2nd day, the lower level flooded. The first time roto-rooter came out, they only snaked 4ft, assuring that would solve the problem. The problem was solved, for about 11hrs, then the lower level flooded again.We called back and they sent Willy Blue, who snaked to the street - so far so good! Willy seemed to do a better job of offering up options/next steps/out of the box thinking - which is appreciated, as a customer.
