We needed a new Noritz tankless water heater. Acute Plumbing was professional, knowledgeable, very quick to respond including great pricing, and were able to install that same day. Awesome service! Recommend highly!

We had purchased a new washer and dryer and needed to have the 30+ year old water outlets replaced before the appliances were delivered.

We only had a few days between the purchase and the delivery, so it had to be done quickly.

Luis set up an appointment within a day which was a great relief.

He and his brother showed up on time, and as promised, both wore masks the entire time they were here. For us, this was a sticking point as both my wife and I have immune issues.

The work required replacing the laundry box which held the cold and hot water outlets as well as the drain. Cutting out a section of drywall was also necessary in order to access the piping.

They did an excellent job of replacing the old outlets with new and upgraded plumbing, and repairing the drywall. I can't even tell where they made the cuts! All that was left for me to do was to repaint that section.

Over all, I was very happy with the communication, quality of the work, and the fact that he actually listened to and answered any questions that I had.

I will definitely use J&L Plumbing Services in the future for any additional work I need.

I worked with Rafael and the crew. They completed a full repipe in record speed. We had a few leaks at the house, they recommended the highest quality PEX repipe with a 100 year warranty. A very committed staff start to finish. The sophisticated equipment used was helpful, and the staff was very patient at explaining things to me very clearly. Good communication and customer support throughout the whole process. My lawn sprinklers were sprinkling very little water. After checking the water pressures for the irrigation system and for the house, Ulysses determined that my pressure regulators needed to be replaced. I learned that ball valves have replaced the old style valves. I replaced the spigot, too.

Lady was extremely rude, and disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. She claimed to be the owner, but i just cannot bring myself to believe that someone would sabotage their own company like that. I'll never use elite plumbing. I'll just go right across grand to the other plumbing company!
