Ismael the plumber showed up on time and even called 30 minutes before hand to inform me that he was in route. As soon as Ismael arrived impressed by his presentation by handing me his business card and putting on shoe covers before entering my phone WOW that was awesome. Ismael diagnosed my plumbing problem and was very fast and efficient in getting my kitchen sink draining. Ismael was very clean and I was happy with the price. I will definitely use this company again and recommend to family and friends. Thank you Mr. Rooter Plumbing

My parents had a clogged line somewhere between the kitchen sink and the sidewalk. I called Coast because they were the closest plumbers to my parents house. I know, not the best factor when seeking a professional. HOWEVER, in this case it couldn't have gone anymore perfect. They arrived within an hour, found the clogged line in minutes and had the line cleared shortly after that. The price was the same as my initial quote.
Super professional also.
I've already scheduled them to do some work on my house.

Just had Zach come by to check out a sudden leak. When it is an issue with your home, the most important factor is timeliness and knowing they care as much as you care. Glenn and Zach are our new go to plumbers!

Jesse and Josh were great. Came out within an hour on the 4th of July, diagnosed the problem(s) and took care of it. Plumbing issues are always stressful, but they both made it manageable. Thank you!

I never thought twice about my water heater. To be completely honest I totally forgot about that thing in my garage. I get back from my vacation to come home with a leaking water heater and NO hot water. Called around, and kept getting the companies that wanted to come out and give me an estimate. Found quick water heater online. Their website has all their pricing and is strait forward. Luke came out fixed it right away and was gone. I highly recommend this company

I had the pleasure of working with Velvet Plumbing Repair on a large-scale commercial project, and I was thoroughly impressed with their performance. Their team was highly skilled and experienced, and they were able to complete the job on time and within budget. They were also very accommodating to our needs and worked seamlessly with our other contractors to ensure that everything was coordinated smoothly. I would highly recommend Velvet Plumbing Repair for any commercial plumbing needs, and I look forward to working with them again in the future.

I had a slab leak and was in a plumbing nightmare. I call two other plumbers, the first was rude and overpriced. the second couldn't find the leak even after I showed him where the last plumber said it was. He told me he needed to rip up my whole floor to find the leak, and said it would take 2 days possibly. I have two special needs children who can hardly leave the house and I work from home. I couldn't have it taking forever to repair or costing me a huge amount. I called Oscar at only plumbing and finally I received help. He communicated everything to me up front, plus he found the leak! He was on time to our appointment and had great customer service the entire time. The job was done correctly and timely and I was told what was happening every step of the way. I would definitely recommend. I won't be calling anyone else. Thank you!

First of all, I'd like to say I absolutely dread having to deal with this company! I have to endure their HORRIBLE SERVICE each and every time because our landlords contract with them. I'm so over this plumbing company. They are pushy, sloppy, inconsiderate, sneaky and liars. DONT USE THEM! I think I've been pretty lenient with them and fair. I'm just not use to such poor customer service and blatant disrespect I'm constantly receiving from these people. They are supposed to make things easier not always add another problem.Ā First two times they came out, besides ruining the landscape, they begged me to run their extension cords from my apartment to be able to work. So I'd have to have my side door propped open all day or pop my screen open so they could work for the day. During this one of the employees was letting himself in through my front door while I was trying to get changed. I had to throw something over before the door opened and he was like sorry I didnt realize anyone was home. Um you could knock or ring the bell... I'm the same apartment your using for the electricity (which I never charged them for). Then they come out again to replace a leaking water heater and were leaving the discusting molding base. Had management talk to them about it and all they did was a quick wipe and continued to work. Then during this visit the employee went and used my bathroom without asking; I was a bit uncomfortable because I had my delicates out but he seemed quick about it and then left. I went in there later after he'd gone and noticed he peed all over the place: seat, top of the tank, on my baby wipes bag, and the wall... I was so disgusted. I called the property manager and asked her to have them call me to apologize because this was outrageous! So the supervisor/manager called me and asked me 21 questions if there were other men in the house or boys and saying it couldn't be true because they make their employees pee in a bucket in their truck! Gross! I was uncomfortable telling him my living situation and assured him it was no one else. After his very inappropriate investigation he apologized. Again they had to come out because the sewer line was clogging up and I hoped it was an easy fix and then they could go. My husband happened to be home to deal with them. They told him that it was a simple task of cleaning sewage line and done. In the middle of their simple task the plumber came up to my husband and said his tool broke; he said he would have to come back next week ( Monday Dec.16th) that he would provide a rubber stopper in the meantime. The plumber's manager/supervisor comes in to check out the problem and has him finish the job. He lied about his broken tool because he seemed to be able to continue working... what happened? He broke our tub drain switch. They took out the drain switch and replaced it with a regular overflow cover and gave us a dirty USED rubber stopper! They left without a word. We weren't even told what happened so we assumed all was fine until we checked out the tub. I called them and asked them what was going on and when we would get our switch drain replaced. Manager/supervisor said it was already broken, that the bolt broke off (which is a lie, because we recently used it without an issue). He said he would talk to our property manager to see if they wanted to replace it because its expensive. So the property manager wont pay for it since its the company's fault and the company wont pay. I have pictures of the mess they leave of every time they come to work. Please, please take my word for it. From someone who has nothing to gain since I'm forced to deal with them regardless of what I say. They dont seem to care for their customers so I just want to save someone from the hell we have had to deal with. The funniest thing is their website says we can count on their plumbing professional experts. Ha! Where? Thank you for taking the time to read about the disaster that is Orange Plumbing and Rooters!

Awesome people & awesome service! Called Nood Plumber last week to check out low water pressure issue in our master shower yesterday. Their tech came out on time, assessed the issue, provided a fair quote and fixed it efficiently. He also made sure to clean up the worksite after the work was done. Iām very happy to recommend Nood Plumber and would certainly call them again when I need a plumbing service.
