Hands down the best leak detection and plumbing repair company I’ve ever dealt with. Slab leaks are one of the most stressful home issues to deal with because you know it’s going to cost a lot, but most plumbers won’t give you a price until after they’ve finished the job. Evans Leak Detection lets you know what it will cost before they even come to your house. How awesome is that! This is a long review because these guys deserve it.

From the beginning, Ron was straight forward and upfront about the slab leak detection and repair process. The absolute best part is the flat rate pricing for fixing slab leaks. Knowing the cost ahead of time eased my mind and helped me better prepare for the expense.

I called so many plumbers trying to get an idea on cost to repair our slab leak and none of them would give a price. I foolishly paid another plumber for leak detection and estimate before contacting Evans Leak Detection. Even after that, the “other guy” wouldn’t give me an exact dollar amount, but rather a ridiculously wide range of what it “might” cost. He said he would have to rip out our kitchen cabinets and they’d be damaged to the point of needing to be replaced by us, adding even more expense to the process.

So I contacted Ron at Evans Leak Detection, he asked a few questions, explained the process and told me what the flat rate price would be (which was much lower than the estimate from the other place). He had Omar at our house within a couple of days. Omar located the leak quickly, answered the 800 questions I had, and explained everything he was going to do to bypass the slab leaking pipe and re-route that section. He was able to run the new section of pipe in the wall behind our kitchen cabinets. Not an easy task, but he did it seamlessly with very little cosmetic work for us to address after. He was such a nice man, very thorough and experienced in his work, and double checked/cleaned up everything well before leaving.

Ben was amazing!!! Ben was really friendly and professional and definitely recommend him to anyone who is having issues. I had an issue with my toilet and he took his time to listen to the issues I had and understood exactly what they were and gave his professional advice with several options to choose from. He explained in detail of all the options and what to expect making sure we fully understood. There were no rushing to get quick answers and really gave us time to think about it.
It was my first time calling a plumber so I was nervous about it but talking to Ben was very reassuring.

Bob Archer came out personally to our house in North Tustin to clear a clogged toilet (also affecting shower and sink). Came out a second time at no charge when the issue reoccured a few days later. Very pleasant and will definitely use them again.

David Boyd, the lead plumber came with Christian, the assistant to do a single line epoxy repair for the hot water slab leak after Epipe did a temporary by pass 3 weeks ago.
They did a great job as I’m trying out Epipe as an option for slab leaks vs traditional reroute. This minimally intrusive pipe repair suits my needs and the crew was knowledgeable when I had questions on their approach as a former engineer.
Luis the plumber and Quinn also did a great job on the temporary reroute job.
The only downside was the 30 day waiting list after their estimator Thomas came out to the house, but he was very helpful in getting my questions addressed. I was concerned as I had an active slab leak.

I must commend this plumbing service company for their excellent service. They promptly attended to my kitchen faucet repair needs on the same day. The plumber efficiently completed the service in no time, impressing me with his professionalism and expertise. I am exceptionally pleased with the service provided by this individual. The Caliber One team were great. They did some extensive work and I felt well taken care of throughout the entire process. They kept me in the loop along the way, showing me all the problems, even possible future problems, and all the options we could do. We bought our house about 2 years ago. Knights came out and did inspections on a few houses when we were in the market. They have been a godsend.
