Scheduled a job with Dion and he booked me a few days out. I took off work so that my problem with a corroded pipe and clogged toilet could get fixed and he delayed me until later in the day to meet with contractors for another job he was working on. No problem. I was understanding of the situation.

The problem was I never heard from him again. No update and no follow up on coming to do the job. Wasted a week of my time when I could have had someone else help me fix the problem who wanted the work. If you couldn’t do the job it would have been more respectful to tell me and not go ghost on me. Be more considerate of people’s time.

Had a great experience today with Rockstar Plumbing. Start to finish everything was perfect. Booking the appointment was simple, got a confirmation call the day before and a text that morning. Hugo was the best! He showed up right at the beginning of the hour window and was very thorough. He gave us an extremely detailed quote about some costly repairs on a home we are considering purchasing. I definitely recommend Rockstar, and Hugo!!

Friendly, on time and quality work. They explained everything in detail, showed their work both with pictures and the replacement. Trust worthy. I had some recent bad experiences with other companies and this was totally different

I had a great experience with Plumber's In Beverly Hills. I had a leak in my kitchen and they were able to come out the same day and fix the issue. The technician was friendly, professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

We had a badly clogged bath/shower drain. We contacted American Home Shield and Alex took exactly 10 minutes to identify and repair the problem. The plumber AHS initially sent, from a different company, didn't even investigate the cause of the clog, exaggerated and overestimated the repair and suggested ripping out the toilet first ??‍♂️With home warranty companies, it's a roll of the dice who you get, and we'll request Alex at Money Saver Plumbing next time.

My water heater had a leak on Friday. The main line from the street to the house needed to be replaced, so I called Green Star Plumbing Company in Los Angeles since they did a great job. Ron kept his word and called ahead of time. Even so, he arrived early. Ron guided me through each option, tank and tankless combined. He was quite forthright and sincere. After considering the information he gave me, I decided to use a 50-gallon tank. They started working right away, and after a few hours, the hot water was back.

Beautiful shower installation at my rental unit, was on time and completed the job before expected. Elan is a very professional guy.

Immediate same day service on a Saturday afternoon! Had a bad leak coming from the master bathroom. Everything was explained clearly and fully. The work was exceptionally professional, clean, and straightforward with full explanations along rhe way. Pro grade materials and product. Couldnt be more pleased. Finally an A+ experience.

Very good work, timely for the most part, courteous, but unfortunately overpriced. The job required approximately 90 min. to complete. I was charged $275 for the job. Parts were approximately $2.50. I was charged the equivalent of $181.67 per hour for labor which equates to a pay rate of $29067.20 per month or $348,806.40 per year. This is a bit excessive even for a plumber. OUTRAGEOUS!

Sent him pictures of the work needed, waited no call back. I called him back and he tells me that he’s only one person, if I got a better price to call someone else, wasted my time at this time, when I could have been calling others. Attitude is everything specially when running your own business. My work was for a commercial building and it could have been repetitive business, not smart whatsoever. Oh lunch is here got to go thank you.

Called Moe's Co. 3 weeks ago to request a quote on 2 mini split HVACs. They scheduled the appointment on a Friday of the following week. The tech showed up on Friday, measured everything and said he would e-mail me a quote on Monday. I did mention I have kids and the rooms get really cold and I need the units ASAP. Monday came and gone NO quote was even e-mailed. The Thursday of that same week, contacted Moe's Co, e-mailed them asking where the quote was, again there was NO response, today is the 2nd week since the tech showed up but still NO quote NO response. Called another company, they showed up the next day and provided me a quote right on the spot, no need to wait weeks for a quote.

These guys either have too much business and don't need another one or they simply don't care and their customer service is HORRIBLE. Either way I DO NOT RECOMMEND Moe's Services, there are many other ones who deserve your business but definitley NOT Moe Co.

It took me a month to realize the sewer sump pump at the back of my property was not working. Not knowing what lurked underground, I needed help fast.

Edwin came to the rescue.

Other plumbers on Yelp indicated they had knowledge of sump pumps. But Edwin was clearly the most knowledgeable when we first talked. It was well worth waiting until the next day when he was available.

Edwin showed up exactly when he said (rare in a contractor), showed me what the issue was, explained what was required to fix it. He also provided me with options to save some money.

It turned out to be a big job. The original sump pump was improperly installed 2' underground with the access pipes over the lid, making it impossible to open up the pump to see inside. Just to see inside took an hour, digging and cutting away the pipes. The pump was filled with roots.

After discussing my options, Edwin returned the next day with a new sump pump. He recommended installing an alarm to prevent the same problem in the future. At first I opted out on the alarm to save money. But later realized he was right; an alarm would help me maintain the new pump instead of replacing it every few years (a much larger expense).

Edwin is very thorough. He explains how everything works in an easy to understand way. He even sent me photos when I was not on site. And he's clean! I didn't have to clean up after him.

It's assuring to find a contractor as honest, friendly and reliable as Edwin. I've started an Edwin To-Do List. I'll be calling him again and I strongly recommend you do to.

Stellar customer service! This is the shipping time when I used HVAC Services Los Angeles. The first time was to help get our ecobee thermostat to work. He was very well versed in smart home thermostat technology and got it up and running quickly. He also patiently answered my million questions. Naturally, I called HVAC Services Los Angeles again when our oven began to go haywire—this time over the weekend. I got the first call on Monday morning. He was on time the next day. I was on a conference call when he arrived, and since he knew the house, he just nodded and got to work right away. He was also very helpful and pragmatic in explaining our options when it comes to repair/replacement. I didn't feel like he was trying to sell me the system, but was very open and honest about the things I should consider.
