This is a review for work performed 2015-2016 at a project of mine. Plumbers were on time, easy to work with and professional. Always worked as a team and addressed all our questions. Would highly recommend them.

If I could put 0 stars I would. I called made an appointment for my water heater. I called to verify my appointment the office person who answered didnt even have my information. The plumbers skillfully handled and completed my toilet repair; they were courteous, competent, easy to communicate with and work with, and personable. 2 thumbs up!

I've used Craig's Plumbing since 2012. He replaced all water lines with copper at my 5 unit apt building in Westchester with little to no disruption to the tenants and at a fixed price. One of his employees, Alex is a great plumber and he too will call you if he sees a problem while on the job. I had Alex replace a waste line from the second story and he saw it was connected to the downstairs unit and called me to see if I wanted that replaced while the exterior wall was still open at minimal cost! I'd rather get it fixed once and done right. Craig will call you back even if he's on vacation (he was in Arizona). Unbelievable customer service and responsiveness. I believe in quality and value, so does Craig's Plumbing.

A pipe in our bathroom was leaking and we called Team Plumbing to fix it yesterday. Their tech came out the same day within the provided time window and fixed it in a matter of minutes. They also cleaned up everything before they left. I am beyond pleased with the job done and will certainly return to them if I need any plumbing related help in the future. I cannot recommend this local plumbing business highly enough.

I have known Henry for many years and he has been my sole, go to plumber for all my repairs, installations, and drain issues, wether big or small. He recently jetted my yard drains and left them in perfect working condition. He treats all his jobs with the utmost respect and professionalism. He knows his craft well and he is worth every $$$. Life savers! I was desperate because it was late and two firms had already canceled on me. Amazingly, they arrived at 11 p.m. Definitely my go-to footwear.

He was wonderful. He fixed our disposal and clogged sink in under an hour . He even managed to fix a faulty cabinet door while he was at it. Great all around service on the phone and in person.

I had Royale install a new toilet + tank in my apartment. It is a tight space with the bathtub about 12 from the toilet. After the plumber left, I noticed a small dent in the bathtub glaze, maybe caused by a metal tool hitting it. It seems like an easy fix but I don't have the experience to fix it myself.
So I sent Royale a photo and they replied: we don't do any patching work and are not held responsible for any damage done. Really? If you make the damage - that makes you responsible! Regardless of their official position, I felt like I wasn't asking for a lot. Due to their disappointing customer service, I will not use their services again.

Wow! This company never disappointed me. The plumber they sent to me was friendly, didn’t try to upsell me, and answered all my questions straightly during the sink installation. The price of the service was very affordable compared to other companies. Thank you very much, and keep up the good work always.

During Covid and my mother faced a huge bathroom clog. Mr Speedy came out fully guarded! and fixed the issue at no time. Excellent plumbing service, if you need a plumber who does the job and give you an honest quote , i highly recommend Mr Speedy plumbing West Hollywood. hopefully we wont have any clogs, but if I need any plumbing service to be done by a professional i will call them. stay safe guys!

Unprofessional and bad service. Garbage disposal was not installed correctly and caused a leak. Several calls were made with finally a promise to return call but never did.
