We had a major leak under the house from the shower. Best guess is that a rat we caught chewed through the drain line!

Manny from Magic Rooter got back to us immediately and came over to inspect the problem. Two workers did the job in a couple of hours — said they’d never seen a rat do that to a drain before. And because it was a quick job, Manny cut his fee by $150.

WORST experience with a plumber ever. Did not pull the permit that we told EZ Roth plumbing that we needed for an inspection with the city of Los Angeles. Costing us a lot of money in re inspection fees. After we paid another contractor to pull the permit and 3 months after the furnace was installed EZ Roth plumbing finally pulled a permit because they knew they could not get paid without it and of course at this point it was useless as we already had to pay the other contractor to pull the permit so we could finally pass our inspection. When EZ Roth plumbing installed the furnace it was failing to light because the installer had bentdamaged the pilot light. I had to fix it. Rude and Unprofessional.

Great, honest and reliable service. Had no hot water due to broken water heater for my elderly father. Dave was out there and was able to replace the parts without having to replace the water heater, saving us hundreds of dollars. Thank you!

Very unprofessional and inconsiderate people. I had an appointment with them took time off work to wait but they never showed up. What ‘s worse is that they did’nt even call. Called them several times but only answering machine so left messages but they never returned my calls. Please don’t use this company they dont deserve your business there are a lot more small business that deserve your patronage

Eben came on time to provide an estimate for our condominiums sewer pipe cleaning and mapping. He was knowledgeable and gave the Board a detailed estimate for the cleaning and mapping. Was satisfied. cant solution if we used this business for the actual task because this was only an estimate and the Board will not be make a decision for a few weeks. Victor and his crew are my go to plumbers. I’ve had plenty of emergency issues and Victor always finds a way to save me no matter how busy he is. He always responds right away when I contact him. They are professional, personable, always clean up after themselves, do careful and quality work.

I have not had occasion to use them for hvac but I’m sure their hvac services are just as good.

I know I’ve recommended Victor and his guys at All Star Plumbing before but I need to add to it.

They just successfully opened a drain-this was no ordinary stoppage-it was way way far down and had no opening in the pipe even for a power snake. The house was built in 1966 and I’m guessing the build up was that long in the making.

Any other plumber would have resorted to jack hammering my lower level to access the problem area which Victor said might be necessary. But Victor did not give up.

He and Sam gave it one last try ?? and saved me from the headache and expense of digging up the foundation.

His persistence, knowledge and dedication to his customers is outstanding.

This company is highly spoken from a family friend, so I gave them a try n yes jesse arrived quickly, determined the problem, explained a solution, and performed the repair quickly. At a reasonable price. I would recommend his services without hesitation !
