Brian gave me excellent customer service on my wall heater. He listened to my concern andfollowed a step by step process to solve the problem. He definitely went the extra mile and put me at ease to rule out the possibility of a safety issue. I manage an apartment complex in Ontario and will continue to call Nexgen and Brian with confidence.

Had a plumber tell me my sewer line under our home needed to be replaced because it was cracked. I called freedom plumbing to inquire about alternatives. Spoke to Chris, one of the owners. He said there were options to me having to tearing up the sewer pipe which runs through our home's concrete slab. He suggested he look at it first. He came out ran a camera through my sewer line and said he saw no major problem except for a need for a hydro jet cleaning. He did that then ran the camera through a second time and saw no issue. This saved me allot of hassle and mess if I would have followed the advice of the previous plumber. I did not have a clean out pipe. I had them install one so the next time I need a clean out of inspection they would not need to go up on the roof. Also in case there is ever a back up, it will outside my home versus in the home. They were efficient, reasonably priced and the cement work they did to cover where they had to break on my front patio to install the clean out was a 10 out of 10. The cement work blended perfectly. Highly recommend them.

We had Andrew and Jacob come to our house and wow! This is a very professional company! Andrew made sure to keep me updated at all times with his schedule and went above and beyond with all our plumbing issues time and time again. He was very trustworthy and respectful of our property during the times we were not present (and even when we were)! They were great. Had a clogged toilet drain. Turned out to be a Tree root. Very reasonable cost and friendly plumber. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

I'm really pleased with Geyser Plumbing and have used them at least half a dozen times for various properties. They are fast, efficient, affordable, and super sweet and polite to work with and I would highly recommend their services.

Firstly, their pricing was very reasonable. Their bid of the tankless water heater INCLUDING install by a certified and licensed plumber was lower than some of the other plumbing companies' INSTALLATION ONLY bids! When I was ready to schedule them, they were able to come the next day. Our Installation team of TIto and Danny were great. They were professional and very detailed in their work. Tito took the time to show me how he was planning to run the plumbing/venting and showing me the possible cosmetic result of the plan. He patiently explained all my inquiries during their install. Lastly we tested and vented all the affected faucets to make sure there were no issues. I'm very happy with the whole process and their fair pricing. I would definitely use them again when my other 12 year old tankless water heater fails.

These guys are great! They showed up on time, had knowledge of the situation and conducted themselves in a professional manner. Along with all that they have prices that beat most of their competition. Definitely will use their services in the future.

The plumber came today to fix a leaky toilet. He unblocked the pipe and the toilet was still leaking. He wanted $300 in the beginning. Then he agreed on $150. Then when he unclogged the pipe, he said that his work was done. I went back to check if the toilet was still leaking, and there it was leaking all over the floor. I asked him why he hadn’t fixed it. After I zelled him $150 he said he wanted $200 more for the leaking toilet. I said no thank you!

Helped me with my kitchen sink on more than 1 occasion. I mistakenly called another service and they tried to rip me off. They were honest with me and fixed all of my problems at a very reasonable price. Their employees were excellent, polite and honest. Wont ever call another company again. Thank you so very muc .
