These folks do what they say they’ll do, call when they say they will, and show up when they’re supposed to! It’s refreshing to see folk handle business like it should be handled! Dery and Joe recently fixed a very complicated sewer issue for us. They did an amazing job for a fair price. I wholeheartedly recommend these plumbers!!!

Chris was very professional. We made an emergency call to Do it Right Plumbing this morning when I saw water pouring out of a cracked pipe.Do it Right Plumbing Employees have always responded quickly and have treated us fairly.Today was no different. Chris repaired the broken pipe and also replaced our well worn water heater.Thanks Aviran, Edan, Jason and especially Chris.

Excellent service, great customer service a plumber who can you trust very recommend

Extremely rude over the phone! Called to have someone come out to give me an estimate for some work on my house. Right off the bat, they made several incorrect assumptions then promptly spoke over me and raised their voice when I tried to correct their ignorance. You don't have to be the best or the cheapest to get my business, but you do have to be respectful to the customer. They spoke down to me as if I knew nothing about having a sewer line installed, but they didn't know I'm an architect and deal with plumbing issues routinely. What's worse is that they wouldn't even let me explain that to them. I would NEVER use their services and neither should you.

I've read your response and it reiterates all the incorrect the assumptions that you made on the phone. Since our one-sided conversation, I've had several, qualified, plumbers come out free of charge to look at the property and give me estimates. None of them wanted to charge me $425 (unlike you). However, the cost is not what bothered me; you're free to charge whatever you want. What bothered me was that you spoke over me, were very impatient and assumed my project would fail with me acting as the GC without even knowing my background or abilities. PS - there's a nice way to let people know you're not interested in doing a job.

Very responsive and willing to come on a Saturday to resolve our bathroom sink leak. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a plumber.
