Excellent and professional service. Garbage disposal issues caused a backflow to the bathtub, resulting in disposal flowing out of the tub drain and rendering both the sink and tub unusable. Pin Point Plumbing was able to send their technician on short notice to diagnose the problem, and fix the issue, and possible solutions to avoid a similar issue in the future. Prices were competitive with other providers in the area, and they were upfront with total cost without any hidden fees.

We have serious water heater problems at the apartment complex I manage. Through out the last 5 years it has been replaced 5 times so I have experience dealing with plumbers doing this job. KC plumbing came did their work, stayed 12 hours to finish the job and insure that all 80 people had hot water. They did this professionally even when faced with unexpected situations and facing additional hours they remain professional no cursing or throwing tools in frustration. Or evening showing one sign of irritation with my constant questions. They CLEANED UP their mess!!! which has never been my experience with plumbers and left the area cleaner than the mess of flooding that they arrived to. I highly recommend them.

We called Accurate because of an emergency leak in the evening. Jesse and his crew came in the next morning and take care of the leak. These guys are A+ for any plumbing issues. We'll use Accurate again. Best plumber in Orange county!

I had an encounter with the owner of this compay who was rude and came in the bathroom to scream at me while I was using the bathroom. He was using foul language towards me for no reason how unprofessional and we didn’t do anything for him to act in that manner! we were at sams club June 7 at 5:30 pm. Do not hire this company!!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Placentia Plumbing Heating & AC Repairs to fix my broken A/C. Gave me a $1200 quote for demo of tub and moving drain and remove spout. Verified with Charlie twice about price and what it included. He demolitioned tub and demanded $2500 from my father before even doing the plumbing. It only took 1.5 days and he thought it would take 2 days. He had no explanation for this and denied the quote. My father protested and he said he would take $1580 if he paid cash. Which my elderly father then did. When I called to ask why he didn't honor the quote he got beligerant with me. The contractor framing the shower said the same thing. Contractor also said he didn't seem to know how to do the drain and suggested I get another plumber. I would not use this guy. Not honest and beligerant.
