Our family has been using Bill's for the last 17 years. They are dependable and have not raised our rate since day one. I like that they are completely honest and never try to sell us a service we don't need. Ashley found a termite tube on our shed and instead of charging us a thousand dollars to treat our home she serviced that area (no extra charge) and said to keep an eye on it. That was 4 years ago. Preventive Pest Control is consistently reliable and good with leaving scheduling reminders. They are very flexible about schedule changes we initiate if we give them some notice. The technicians are as extensive in their treatments as the access to areas that we will give them--inside or outside, to the wall borders of the property. Love the statements emailed right after each treatment session.

Good service

We used this service for drain flies and when I needed a special application, they were responsive and came out right away. The treatment they use does not smell and the one they apply inside the house is safer than other commercial sprays. I would highly recommend these guys. The customer service is excellent.

I'm the superintendent of a building in Tempe and I had nothing but great things to say about the staff at JJ's. Kyle, Rick and Sergio we're here throughout the entire project. All residents in the building had great things to say about them throughout their work they came in on time protected our floors to care of those rodents that had potential of entering our units. They picked up after themselves 100%. I have nothing but the upmost respect for them for the job that they did I would recommend them in a second to any other building . They have my respect and I know they are great workers.

Did an amazing job on our pantry door. Was hard to find someone who would drill the knob holes and mortise for the hinges. The door came out perfect and in a short amount of time. Thank you very much!

Brandon was over and changed out an old bathroom exhaust fan. He was very professional and friendly. He was running ahead of schedule so called to see if he could stop by early. He cleaned up everything and made the whole process super easy.
