1 tech was terrible 1 tech was good. The whole experience was rocky and lots of issue . The worst of all was talking with manager Jody in Tempe. I emailed to hear from upper management and never did. Would not recommend if using Tempe office.

Our family has been using Bill's for the last 17 years. They are dependable and have not raised our rate since day one. I like that they are completely honest and never try to sell us a service we don't need. Ashley found a termite tube on our shed and instead of charging us a thousand dollars to treat our home she serviced that area (no extra charge) and said to keep an eye on it. That was 4 years ago. These guys are 5 star and it's not for nothing. My apt was gut renovated and brand new yet we had a constant roach issue. After some back and forth via messaging, someone came within 2 days and assessed the entire apt top to bottom. Our contractor left many areas unsealed so they took photos and sent them to me! We hired a handyman, marked all areas with tape and had everything taken care of. We haven't seen a roach since and I'm A LOT less jumpy when I see a shadow! Plus I'm not nervous anymore when guests come over that they MIGHT see a roach.

We used this service for drain flies and when I needed a special application, they were responsive and came out right away. The treatment they use does not smell and the one they apply inside the house is safer than other commercial sprays. I would highly recommend these guys. The customer service is excellent.

I'm the superintendent of a building in Tempe and I had nothing but great things to say about the staff at JJ's. Kyle, Rick and Sergio we're here throughout the entire project. All residents in the building had great things to say about them throughout their work they came in on time protected our floors to care of those rodents that had potential of entering our units. They picked up after themselves 100%. I have nothing but the upmost respect for them for the job that they did I would recommend them in a second to any other building . They have my respect and I know they are great workers.

Did an amazing job on our pantry door. Was hard to find someone who would drill the knob holes and mortise for the hinges. The door came out perfect and in a short amount of time. Thank you very much!

Everything about the work done by HandyBros was top-notch starting with estimates for jobs, scheduling and completing the work to remove acoustic popcorn ceilings and replace with knockdown texture and drywall repairs after remodeling. Chris and Joe were both on time and went out of their way to keep the construction debris as controlled as it could be.
