They were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond my expectations. If you’re looking for a flooring refinishing or installation service, this is the company for you.

We had our floors done when we first moved in and they looked great. The issue is when your floor settles and there are chips/cracks. I have had an awful time trying to get any response or an appointment even to fix my floors. It looks horrible with a chip right in the hallway and we are trying to sell our home. The customer service is very poor. I am still waiting with no actions after several weeks. I would not recommend them at this time. It is unfortunate as they have a nice product.

Great place to work

I want to give a shout out to the Express Flooring and Jose and Paul for such an outstanding job laying my carpet yesterday.They worked from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm straight. Left everything clean and carpet perfectly installed. I’m very pleased with the whole experience from the sales agent, customer service and most of all Jose and Paul.

Bentley Carpet has replaced the flooring in my home and a couple rentals. The owners and installers are good friendly people and reliable. They have great products and pricing has alway been very good.
