Speed: Our gas hot-water heater went out so we had no hot water. I called a few places and had to leave voicemails. When I messaged Nick on Yelp, he responded to me within a couple of minutes. They are fast to reply and come out quickly.

Communication: I knew what was going on from the get go. Nick (Plumber) told me what was going on with my hot water heater and what it would take to get it up and running. He showed me what was going on with it and even spent time on the phone with the hot water technical support people to confirm analysis.

Price: I'm a cheap guy. Norfleet Family Plumbing told me the cost and it was reasonable. Some companies won't even come out unless it's at least $300 or more. I hate price gauging. Norfleet Family Plumbing keeps their prices fair, honest, and remains very transparent.

Called Pat and asked whether he could come out and add a valve and hook up a dishwashing machine. He arrived later the same day. All of his work was excellent and at a great price. I've had several plumbers out and Pat is by far the best.

Seriously great job. I accidently punctured a main water line at a customer's house. Couldn't get the repair parts necessary from the local hardware store. These guys answered the phone at 430 and went to get the parts, came and repaired it at 6:40 at night. Great rate. Thank you guys.

Desert Foothills Plumbing did an awesome job on a difficult problem of locating and replacing underground parts that were leaking and causing back up. They performed several jobs that were going to be an extra charge with another company, such as hauling away the concrete, having an extra man, and filling back in the concrete slab (which would have to be done by a separate company). Their bid was much more reasonable for a complete job. They identified some shotty work that was done with soft fixtures and replaced them with firm plastic and were able to explain all of the problems, including the wrong gradient. They completed what the other company had quoted as a 2 day project in 1 day and did an excellent job. They explained every step of the way. Kyle is professional, honest and hard working and they left the sight cleaner than how they found it. We highly recommend and are very pleased with the project.

I just had them install a water softner for me. This is a great family owned business. What's important to me is, I can't wait around for the plumber to show up. I was able to hide a key and they did the work while I was able to do my work. There just really nice honest people.

We had a water leak in the wall behind our kitchen sink so I called Phoenix Discount Leak Detection. The technician they sent out located the leak and got it fixed in a matter of hours. He was fast and professional and repaired the leaking pipe for an affordable price. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a leak repaired.

I would give these clowns a -5 if I could. They make an appointment, give an estimate, (there are contractors waiting on their work and they no show, tell me they're stuck out of town and a truck blows by me on the highway. Don't lie! Don't use them... Be warned!!!
