She Informed me that a plumber named Chris was in the area and he could respond and help us with our clogged drains. Chris responded and quickly assessed the situation and unclogged our drains. What a great experience all around! Our kitchen sink stopped draining this morning & after exhausting all at home options, we sought out Before & After. Same day appointment, Holly actually called and said Landon and Richard could be on site earlier than the original appointment.

The cost is the cost, it was inline with expectations to fix a leaking toilet (shut off valve and fill valve) as well as a leaking external bib. You'll always pay more than DIY but you're paying for time and warranty. Done within an hour or so and one year warranty on service.

They were good about double checking the work after I raised a question, and left with everything fixed.

Needed emergency water heater replacement and used this company (Before & After Plumbing & Drain). Chris was the tech. I was very happy with service performed. Chris was on-time, friendly, and knowledgeable. He diligently completed the work which included some pipe re-routing and adjustments. The job took about 3 hours which I thought was good. Chris knew what he doing. He was also respectful of the interior of my home. Of course it is never fun to get an unexpected bill but I thought the price charged was in the ballpark of what is normally charged for this sort of emergency service. I did not feel I was gouged on the price. You can use this company with confidence. I highly recommend Chris.

We had a problem no one else would tackle. We had multiple other companies come out to look at our issue and most of them would not even give us a bid. They just disappeared and would not return a call, email or text. We have a secondary yard gas line that runs to our fire pit and BBQ that had rusted out due to not being properly weather proofed during the original home construction. (Original installation was not completed by Before and After Plumbing.) I called Before and After Plumbing and they came out the very next day, inspected the gas line, came up with a solution and performed the repair work necessary that very same day. The price seemed a little strong at first but once I saw the amount of time and work it took to get the project completed it was worth every dollar. When we went to turn the gas line back on it turned out there was water in the line. A lot of water! Bill spent 3 hours getting the water out. It was very impressive. His commitment to customer satisfaction, quality of work and making sure we were happy once the project was completed was second to none. We really appreciate it and recommend Before and After Plumbing for any plumbing/gas line needs. Thank you Bill and Before and After Plumbing!

Excellent service from start to beginning. This is the second time I’ve used Before and After Plumbing. They really helped out a few months ago with a toilet leak so I wanted to try them again. Phoned them in the morning and they gave me a three hour window time for later that day. They followed up and let me know the service person was on the way. Once there, they went over all the details and pricing. No hidden costs. Repair took about 45 minutes and he made sure everything was working properly and all cleaned up. Highly recommended.

On Monday (May 16) Before and After Plumbing installed a shower head, handle and faucet. Bill was the technician. Since the existing cartridge was old, and a replacement could not be located, a new valve & cartridge (that I had from shower kit I had purchased) had to be installed. This required much work. Bill was extremely polite, hard working and did a fantastic job. Patty and the head plumber whom I also dealt with were wonderful. We had a sewer leak somewhere under the floor and we had different plumbers and leak detection companies try to figure it out with no luck in solving the problem. Finally I called Before & After Plumbing and they sent Bill W over the same day. Bill W did a video inspection of the sewer lines and found the sewer leak under the bathroom floor. We then had Before and After plumbing come in and they had to dig a hole in the bathroom floor and fix the sewer line. Tommy, Bill W, and Tarin came and they had it fixed that day. We are in the business of flipping houses and when you need a crew to come in short notice you call places like this. Everything seemed to be going well until a plumber did not show up in the window of time the receptionist gave me. I called and asked what happened and she said you didn’t answer my call so I sent him to another job. I was taken aback because i did not know plumbers on the west valley needed babysitters and could not just go about their work as scheduled so I told her to please send him when he was done with that and I can not watch my phone as I’m working and have multiple crews in here all day everyday just send him. She said okay and no one ever showed. This is not a company i would ever try again unless you’ve got a recliner and you’re ready to stare at your phone for 6 hours until she decides she wants to check in on the schedule and approve people service. Maybe a great place for retirees or someone with absolutely no substance to their days.

Our Moen garbage disposal stopped working after 2 years. I called Before&After Plumbing and they sent Chris over the next day to replace it and ensure everything was working. Chris was professional, explained everything to me and took care of the replacement within an hour. Everything is working well now and it’s nice knowing they backup their work with a 1 year install warranty. Price was high though at $482 (inclusive of the $120 Badger 5 disposal they provided) which was about $150 higher than another quote I received. The primary reason I chose these guys is that their company had more reviews and several people had mentioned that they backup their work without issue. Piece of mind is worth the extra coin, in my opinion.

I own a Commercial Laundromat and we had a drain pipe blockage issue resulting in back flow issues sending water back into the machines and onto the floor. I called Before & After Plumbing and spoke with Cara who is a wonderful person, very attentive, and completely understood the urgency in which we were in need of assistance.

As a commercial business fast reaction times is a crucial factor when Murphy's Law strikes and the B&A team were all of that and then some.

The plumber who serviced our facility was named Mauricio and he was a non stop force to be reckoned with. He worked the drain from both ends of the pipe from the inside to the outside and got the flow heading the correct way so we could begin cleaning out the machines and putting the place back together.

The next morning at 4:30am I noticed some back flow building up again as something else had become lodged in the drain so I called and left a message describing the circumstance and when the dispatcher/owner got the message early in the morning he rerouted Mauricio back to my location.

He immediately went to work on the pipe again and sent camera through to ensure we new what we were dealing with this second clog and he managed to get the flow working again. He also discovered that we needed a different type of machine to beat the repeat clogging down the line.

With my lines up and running he left to handle his original install and then swing by his shop to get the appropriate machine to do the job and return back to my location after normal business hours to get me taken care of. He then worked tirelessly until approximately 10pm going over and cleaning every inch of the line and marking low spots for me to work on shoring up.

Great experience! I called late Friday afternoon because my water heater had basically burst at the seems. They had a really nice guy (terry) who showed up and was taking a look in less than an hour from my call. We talked about options, then scheduled a time for replacement. They were willing to do emergency replacement if we needed but we were good with waiting until Monday for a regular appointment. Ryan showed up on time and did the job very well. I am impressed with how good a job he did putting in the new heater. No complaints. Decent prices and from what I read, they’re using a really good brand heater.

We purchase a new farmhouse sink and new garbage disposal.
I was able to install the sink but couldn't figure out how to connect the garbage disposal and pipes. We called Before and After Plumbing on a Sunday afternoon. They responded right a way and we scheduled a visit for Monday afternoon. The Technician was on time and very professional.
He fixed everything in 1 hour that took me all day plus I didnt get it fixed.

Once again we had to contact Before and After. We had an issue with our dishwasher and thought that we had done something when we changed the filters to the water purification system. We contacted them and as usual, Leigh Ann, the scheduling person, was very helpful. She is so pleasant and very efficient. We had an appointment for the next day. When the plumber, Pete, arrived we explained the issued. He proceeded to go through all the hoses and connections. He was able to run the dishwasher and confirmed that there were no issues. Absolutely fantastic service. I called expecting to have to wait since I called about noon on Saturday. They were able to accommodate me and came out same day. They tried the easy fix first just like I had but we're unable to get any positive results. I appreciated their efforts tho. He told me he needed to snake the drain and that it would cost $185.00. I agreed to the terms and he was done shortly after that. He left the area cleaner that what he found it in. I couldn't ask for more. I would definitely use them again.

Ryan and his team are the plumbers to go with! Their service was great. They made it out to my house quickly and fixed my problem in no time. I woke up Saturday morning to a leaky water heater. I called several plumbing companies and none of them could make it out that day. Found Before & After online and they showed up within 2 hours. One of the techs arrived(Terry) and from the start of his arrival I was impressed with his professionalism. Very quickly he diagnosed the problem and got right to work. It turns out I needed a new heater. Within hours he managed to get the plumbing supply house to open up(they are closed on weekends) and returned with the new heater and all the parts he needed. It took him no time to take and the old heater and install the new one. Terry was done in enough time for me to still enjoy my Saturday night and my problem was solved! Sometimes DIY doesn’t work and you need professionals. Before and After were exactly what we needed to help remove a clogged drain. The clog was far into the wall (or under the house) and they made fairly quick work of getting it cleared. Responsive, friendly, and fair.

Being home owners of a home from 1956, finding home services is always a daunting, but necessary task. Now that we've found Before & After Plumbing, we'll never look for another plumbing company. We have had them out on two different occasions and both jobs were done well for a reasonable fee. After having our floors redone the toilets would no longer fit. The technician was here for almost 8 hours, cutting through old pipes, doing what he had to do to ensure we had working bathrooms once more. The work was done properly and cleanly. We're already planning out our next remodeling projects where we'll be using Before & After!

I called this company because of a leak my airbnb tenants reported late at night. The person I spoke with was super helpful. They right away told me over the phone what I needed to do to fix the issue. I did as they said and the problem was solved. This was my first time to call a plumber out for a serious repair and nervous about finding a good company that would do the job right and not be high priced. I researched several plumbers half the day to find somebody reputable. I came across Before & After. After finally going through the pain staking task of researching plumbers, I decided to call them. The office staff was very professional and helpful. I had a solar water heater that I was concerned about turning the water off to and asked the staff woman (Sorry, I don't remember her name) if there was a problem for the water heater. She didn't know. I hung up with her after making the appointment. Approximately 10 minutes later she called me back and she had called one of the techs and asked them about it and to let me know that it would not effect the water heater. I really appreciated her taking the time to find out and call me back to put my mind at ease.
Friday afternoon, Ryan came out and my main line was leaking bad. When he arrived I noticed the van he was driving. I noticed it was very clean and professional looking. I also noticed that the inside of the van was neat and organized. I believe that this represents integrity and professionalism of the company and the person. Ryan kept me informed of the what he found. He had it repaired and dirt back in the ground by sunset. He also had to make a trip to get parts. I appreciated his effort and understanding my urgency of the issue. I would definitely recommend Before & After Plumbing for any plumbing job.

Technician Cody did an excellent job of removing my old MOEN shower cartridge that was really frozen in the fixture due to the age of installation and amount of the calcium deposit on the old cartridge. Got his socks a little damp because I forgot to turn the water to the house off. Sorry. Old cartridge removed and new one installed and all hardware replaced all in under 5 minutes. Before & After Plumbing was amazing! We have an intimidating front yard, built up a few feet, then full of trees and garden beds. We had two plumbers look at it, say they could find the busted pipe, tell us they would return, and didn't. We didn't have that issue with Before and After. Once they learned we'd been without running water for 4 says, the manager (owner maybe?) made room in his full schedule to stop by. He worked through options with me and we landed on one to replace the piping all together, ultimately being cheaper than digging until they found the broken pipe.
Two days later, the work had been completed, at the agreed upon rate, by a super nice guy, Tyler. He even was kind to my young kiddo who had questions and wanted to watch for a bit!
I HIGHLY recommend Before & After Plumbing. While I don't want another plunbipl issue, if one arises, they'll be my go-to!

Updated: 7/21/2021. Once again, Before and After Plumbing saves the day! Mauricio came out and installed a dishwasher after the install company refused. He was here FAST (within a half hour of calling) AND performed the work quickly, identifying a small plumbing issue along the way. Best services ever! They are ALWAYS my plumbing stop!

I have always been a bit hesitant to go with Google Promoted services.....but WOW I see why they are incredibly helpful. I needed someone ASAP so this was the first promoted business. Service was flawless from the time the call was answered, the scheduling, the follow up when someone was on their way, the service itself. We WILL use them again! There is a reason Before and After Pluming is rated 4.9 stars.

The technician called manufacture, gave us the option to buy the part on our own or or have him buy it with a markup and added wait time. We then had him quote our sink and he was fair honest and responsive. Only regret was we didn't get a business card so we can use this company again.

This was an emergency replacement of our main sewer line which had completely failed. I contacted Ryan on a Tuesday midday. Jim was here for a preliminary inspection on Tuesday afternoon and our new sewer was fully operational by Thursday afternoon. Water heater died. Came out before the scheduled time (luckily) and quickly gave an assessment of the unit. Due to previous residents not draining/maintaining the unit, the sediment caused the lower element to blow, triggering the top to blow as well. We were provided with the option to repair or replace the unit; given the unknown amount of sediment we ultimately decided to replace it. The old unit was removed and a new one installed extremely fast and we had hot water by the end of the day.

Based on the website, we called this company because we believed they provided leak detection. When he arrived, he informed us they do not provide that service. We were desperate to find the cause of our leak (outside) and agreed to him doing it visually. He did cap off an unused water filler pipe going to our pool and repaired a leak at the backyard faucet. However, this had nothing to do with the actual leak we are unable to locate. We are still searching our yard (digging and moving rocks) in order to find the cause of our leak. But, now after paying them over $170, we still need to call a company that actually provides the leak detection we were looking for in the first place. Very disappointed!

Run don’t walk away from this place!! They don’t tell you the rate or price until they are onsite. They charge me $395 to replace 2 feet of plastic pipe. Total time 1 hr. What a rip off! Will never use again.

They count the time to drive to and from, look at the issue , which the ac guy had already uncovered for them, then they sat around the corner from the house, after I declined the work, then they called back to offer $100 off, after that they left for 45 minutes and came back. The repair took 30 minutes, clean up about 15 minutes. The whole time the two guys kept laughing. My tenant wondered if they were on something? They told me they were replacing two feet of pipe, so unless they lied to me they did not repair multiple pipes. Do yourself a favor and get someone who gives you a service call fee and and hourly rate. I have 15 rentals, so I know what I am talking about and what repairs should run. Unfortunately, My regular guy was out of town.

I called to make an appointment for someone to come out and check the hot water pressure in our kitchen. Originally they told me they can have someone come out the next day but I asked if someone could come same day and she made it happen. Ignacio arrived and was knowledgeable about every detail that he explained to me. He ended up changing out the supply line and valve and it fixed the issue right away. I would recommend this company because they're quick with what they do and they actually know what they're doing and they're affordable as well if your home warranty doesn't cover basic things. ;)

Pete snd Marcus installed a new hot water recirculation pump in my home. At first we saw a slight increase in the water temperature but needed to wait a day to let the water system level out in temperature. That evening the water temp had cooled and so I called the office to get the team back out see why the water temp had dropped. Pete was already one step ahead after my call to the office He researched the configuration of my heater and when he arrived the next day he presented a new solution. The adjustments were made and the hot water has been flowing ever since thanks to forward thinking of Pete. Thanks again.

Tyler, a friendly, experienced technician, arrived at our 90 year old house to clear a badly clogged kitchen drain line. Listening to him talk while he worked, it was like being in the operating room with a heart surgeon performing a bypass operation! Tyler really knows his stuff! We've had shut offs put in, a water heater, a leak at our water meter...and most recently had a slab leak and they were here almost immediately. I ran into Ryan while I was at the plumbing store buy parts to fix my shower faucet. I showed him what I was doing and he quoted me a flat rate to do the work. My shower handle was difficult to shut off and had a small drip. I was a repeat customer...was. The repair took only 20 min and cost $327 to replace a part I found for $25 at Lowes. After talking with the owner he discounted the price 10% to $294.30 because I was a repeat customer...was. So in the end $269.30 for 20 minutes of labor. You make the decision if this is reasonable.

Unfortunately, they did discover that there were more damage done, and wanted to make sure I did not get any mold, so they referred Drystar Restoration to us, and after I called them, they worked together to get me back into my home. I've never had to call a plumber before so my first experience I had to call a plumber was great. My kitchen sink and my downstairs bathroom sink flooded and I honestly didnt know what to do or even who to call. So I googled plumber near me and the first name popped up was Before & After plumbing. When I called I asked the gentleman if they did emergency or after hour calls and he asked me what was wrong. I told him and he said he had someone's in the area and they would be at my residence in 20 mins. They were here in about 12 minutes. They inspected the problem and explained to me what they had to do and what would be the cost. After they fixed the clogged sinks they even cleaned up the disgusting mess that was left over in my bathroom sink (that honestly would have been there until my husband got home to clean it out....it was bad) and tested the drains and garbage disposal to make sure they all worked and weren't clogged. The 2 guys were fantastic, courteous and explained everything they were doing throughout the whole process. Thanks guys for coming to my rescue!!!
