Not impressed with the quality of work hoodz provided. Very professional appearance, however hood cleaning was way overpriced. Not a good cleaning at all

I work for a Civil Construction Contractor. We contracted CBN to clean our field office in 2020. They were a very affordable solution for us in keeping our field office clean and sanitized every week during this Covid pandemic. They have been great at communication and fixed any issues we have brought up, which have been very minimal. We are now done with the job but will use them again if given the opportunity.

Cool place, and they have a drop box that u can drop your clothes off anytime of night or on Sundays but u would have to have 1 of there bags it has a Lil tag on it an u right your name an number an your all good

My tenants trashed my house, and I had limited time to find a cleaning service before a replacement tenant moved in. I went with Carole's due to the low cost and high ratings. I received quotes from 3 comparably rated services, and all came in at over double the cost.

Shawn is incredibly professional and responsive. He sent me a quote on a Sunday night, and sent a reminder text before service. There was an initial scheduling mix-up, and he personally called to resolve, even offering a discount on an already a great value. Take note of all the reviews mentioning his exceptional customer service- they are all spot on.

While I believe the standard is three hours, Maria took extra time to get every detail perfect. She put an incredible amount of effort towards making sure everything was completely set for my new tenant. The floors looked great. Leftover items were organized and set aside. The window treatments were perfect. The appliances were cleaned out and spotless. The house smelled fantastic.

The only thing I regret is not taking before pictures so I could illustrate how thorough the service truly was and not being available on site to thank her personally. The house truthfully looks better than the day I bought it, and should I ever need cleaning services again, I wouldn't even consider using anyone else.

& Reconstruction
The service provided by Tony and crew for water mediation was excellent response and services provided were excellent as well. The reconstruction crew lead by Matt & Lydia provided all services for the reconstruction in a timely and professional manner. Serafin Antonio & Horacio performed outstanding service and professionalism.

They try to clean the EOS gym that I go to but it seems that the bathroom are not important to keep clean there's never clean even after asking the gentleman to up his game

They cancelled 5 minutes before their show up window and tell me they can’t clean until next week.
I have plans next week and needed my apartment cleaned by the weekend at the latest. They had no solution just to say we can’t help you.
Yet if I were to cancel same day I would be charged a fee.
This is unacceptable. This was scheduled 3 weeks in advance also. I understand things come up but they should have a next day solution for you to have someone out.
Never using again.
