HONEST RELIABLE WORK

After finding a water leak seeping out from under the garage door Saturday morning I was not to happy to find that my water heater (7 years old) was draining from the bottom seal across my garage floor. Yay.

After making a few inquiries online I landed on Alexander's Plumbing. I dealt with two people during the initial quote call, a lovely woman who guided me through the information I would need to provide the technician, and the technician himself who made an inspection window of time to come by and write out the quote for services.

After a prompt inspection of my old unit, I was given a precise explanation of the cause of my faulty unit, what I could do moving forward to prevent it happening again and a cost quote for the installation of a new unit.

After talking with several other local businesses (big brands) I realized the price was fair, and the technician was MILES above the competition in regards to courtesy, explanation of the process and professionalism.

The minute he left after the consultation my wife said he was the one to chose, that he felt the most reliable and honest. And she was right.

Alex saved the day. My water heater suddenly quit. I called several plumbers and got several very high quotes. Alex showed up and installed the same system that I got very high quotes on at a much more reasonable price. Also Alex and his employee started at 6pm and worked until 9pm getting my water heater installed because I was out of hot water. I didn't expect him to do that, but am very grateful that they did. They did a very nice job on the install and answered all my questions. Would recommend 1000%

Had a slab leak in closet and all plumbers were needing a locator service and were taking site visit money. Alex and edward spent an entire afternoon diagnosing the issues and promptly identifed the issue and fixed it within 24 hours. Highly recommend them to anyone having any sort of plumbing issues !!!.

My family has been using Alexander's Plumbing for 6 years. They do periodic maintenance on our hot water heater, installed a salt water softening system and home filtering system, installed a garbage disposal, installed raised toilets, replaced shower cartridges etc. I had originally contracted for a plumber six years ago for a service call and the plumber never showed. I came across Alexander's Plumbing through a social media request looking for a plumber. During our latest call, Alexander's Plumbing identified a failed recirculation pump manifold and replaced it. Alexander's Plumbing is a family owned business. They have always gone above and beyond to take care of all of our plumbing related needs. I highly recommend this business!

I have used Alexander's Plumbing several times now and they have always done a great job. They show up during their scheduled time and even text when they are on their way. Always professional, quick to respond to your call, clean and they care for your home like it was their own. As my house is getting older, I have had call on them several times to fix issues. I have always been happy with their work.

We called Alexander’s Plumbing after purchasing a new refrigerator, the water line for ice/water was very old in our home and not compatible. They were able to get us scheduled next business day! Alex was punctual, he notified me prior to arrival which is always something appreciated as I have a dog and young children so the extra time to prepare is necessary for me. He explained the process of the repair and set us up so that if in the future we have any issue, we will be prepared. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs. Alex and his team are the best in the business! I have several restaurants around Pinal county that all needed some work with faucets, water heaters and toilets. We had an unexpected leak in our sprinkler vacuum breaker system and urgently needed a plumber. We called Alexander's and he was able to come by quickly & stop the leak. He went above and beyond, explaining everything in layman's terms & returned the following day to replace the system. He was communicative, timely, and knowledgeable. I’ve used Alexanders plumbing three times and they always exceeded our expectations. We just bought our dream home and Alex installed a new pressure regulator, a whole house water filter and a water softener due to the high mineralization of the Phx water. Mineral deposits caused our Bedroom shower to only have hot water which I broke it trying to fix. Alex came to the rescue and saved us from a much higher repair bill. Thank You Alexander plumbing!

Alexander did a great job repairing a variety of leaks in the house as well as isolating the irrigation and pool fill sytem for the water in ther house. Professional and very tidy work. Would highly recommend.

We had Alexander's Plumbing replace a garbage disposal. A plumber arrived a few days after calling and before starting the work, I asked how much it would cost. He didn't know but could find out. After calling his office, he was waiting for a return call that never came so I told him to go ahead with the work. Upon completion, he pointed out that the existing RO system would no longer fit in the cabinet as he replaced the 1/2 HP disposal with a wider 3/4 HP unit. This turns out to be my problem as the work is done and he has to get going. He left after spending about an hour and I still did no know the cost and now had to cut into a side wall of the cabinet and located the RO tank into an open space outside of the cabinet. This took several hours and permanently created a hole in the side wall. My problem. Then the invoice came and it was for 525.00. I found this excessive as I could buy the same disposal at Home Depot for 142.00, meaning the plumber could buy it for less. This computes to a labor charge of around 400.00/hour. Wow! And I had to spend hours fixing the problem he created. I then called the Owner who finally agreed to drop the total to 500.00. Now the plumber was 375.00/hour - still outrageous in my estimation. On the plus side, both the plumber and owner were nice guys and the installation itself was fine.

For the past six years since we moved to Arizona, Alexander of Alexander's Plumbing has been our go to plumber for all our plumbing needs.

He has serviced us with annual maintenance, emergency situations and bathroom renovation with major plumbing changes.

Scheduled them to come check a leak yesterday. Set a 10am-12pm window. Worked from home to be available for them and they never showed up, never got a call for an update or heads up they will be late. Called them and was promised a call back with an ETA. 45 min goes by still no call. Simple communication seems to be luxury these days. Find someone who will honor their word and actually show up.

I've used Alexander since 2007 when I moved to Arizona and he has been nothing but reliable. From a broken hot water heater on New Years Eve to a malfunctioning toilet, he has been quick to respond to any plumbing issues I've had. He and his team are honest and professional, and his prices are always very reasonable. I cannot recommend them enough!

Hired this company to fix my tankless gas water heater, that broke because of poor installing of another plumper. Its never easy to fix someones mess ups. Alex was very patient, took his time to figure out the issue and to be on the phone with the manufacture to get new parts.
Also had a water softener installed at another home. They do very clean job, knowledgable and professional.

We recently had a leak in our garage and we called Alexander's Plumbing to come out and take a look. They came out and within an hour were able to identify where the leak was coming from and fix the issue. They also helped us with a clog we had in our kitchen sink. We felt they were very professional and were surprised when we saw the bill as we had expected to pay significantly more. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone!

Alex did a great job fixing our house’s water system two months ago. He was punctual, worked very cleanly (not leaving any mess behind), and his repairs both look and work great. Initially we called him to fix our washing machine shutoff valve. We were so impressed with his work that we called him back to fix our house’s main shutoff valve and add a water pressure regulator. In addition we got him to install a water treatment system. All of his installations look clean and everything he fixed/installed works well. I can only recommend him!

Have been using Alex for all of my plumbing issues both at my work location and my home for more than 8 years. He is always responsive, takes care of the job with the upmost care. The work site is always cleaned up and you would not know he was there, except for now the problem is fixed. Alex is very personable and will answer any questions you have.
