Samuel is amazing! I had paid 3 different plumbers, all from reputable companys to come out here to figure out where my leak was coming from. I was paying almost $300 a month in water utilities for the past two months but never saw any standing water. One plumber told me that it was my water softener, another plumber told me that my main line was leaking under the slab, and the third plumber told me it was my toilets leaking! I could not get a definitive answer and I felt like I couldn't trust anybody because they we're more interested in trying to sell me something rather than finding the leak and fixing my current problem. They continuously went back to pointing out all my other problems and quoted me for new equipment. When Samuel arrived at my door, the first thing he asked me is if he should put shoe covers on? Right away showing me that he had respect for me and my home. Within 30 minutes Samuel was able to find the problem and he showed me why, how, and where the water was leaking, it turned out that the valve for the irrigation system was bad and needed to be replaced, I asked him to take a look at my water softener because of what the other plumber said about replacing it and Samuel confirmed that the water softener was working just fine, he also confirmed that I didn't have a leak under my slab. He also showed me that my water heater was leaking upstairs and saved me from a possible flood and water damage. The other plumbers that I paid to get out here and figure out the problem didn't even bother to tell me that my water heater was leaking after checking it! I think they were more interested in a commission of some sort for selling me something. If it weren't for Samuel I would have spent thousands of dollars replacing stuff that didn't even need to be replaced yet, I would have still been spending close to $300 a month on water utilities because the other guys never found the problem in the first place! Since Samuels repair, my water bill is back to normal!! After doing some research and comparing prices, I also purchased a new water heater from Samuel and had him install it. Samuel is the only plumber I will let you into my home. He is the only one I trust and his prices are more than fair. I'm looking forward to having Samuel come back and do some more work after the holidays. If you need a plumber or water treatment guy or if you're having leaks in your home like I did, I strongly recommend that you call this company, ask for samiel and save yourself the expensive hassle that I went through.

They did an amazing job getting me the perfect shower! I used to have hot/cold issues in my house. With 5 people living here, it's hard telling everyone not to flush, shower, wash so that someone can take a shower without getting hot or cold bursts!
