Straight Line Landscape was very responsive to our specific design wishes. We wanted a Santa Barbara/hacienda design and WOW did they design and deliver. Everyone from Holly designing our project, to the foreman and all the work crew were amazing. The actual project was incredible to watch as it turned into a beautiful space for enjoying our outdoor activities. This is an very reputable company with awesome employees. Thank you all!!!

Jeremiah is a true professional. I am so glad we chose Master AZscapes for our project. Everyone of his crews to his office people were kind courteous and extremely informative with every step that was taking place. We did an extensive landscape project and it went smooth like butter. I would highly recommend them and would definitely choose them again for any other projects in the future.

I called Nathan out of the blue needing a cleanup and reset on my front and back yard. He sent Aaron and Alex (The A Team) and they did a great job. I had some very mature hedges that had to be taken down before replacing windows and they got it done. They took care of what needed doing without micromanagement, which is refreshing. Thanks again Nathan, we'll speak soon and move onto phase II.

Sal and his crew were great. Very flexible to come out and look at the work when it was convenient, talked through options, wrote up an estimate on the spot. Came to do the work two days later, found that one of the items was less involved than originally thought. Was up front about it and adjusted the estimate. Took pictures of parts that were changed to document the work, reset the irrigation timers to the correct settings for the season, left the site clean and as if it was untouched. I scheduled more work for the future.

I couldn't recommend this company more. Luis went above and beyond what we asked of him, and has created our DREAM backyard. At our first consult we knew he was the guy for us. His first consultation was amazing, and he brought his drone to take pictures and then photoshop them to give us an idea of how the yard would look which was SO helpful.
He was incredibly communicative, honest, trustworthy, an extremely hard worker, had great ideas, and was the best price. We had a vision of what we wanted, but also wanted input from the professional, and he gave GREAT ideas. He and his team worked VERY fast and did our huge project in just over a week. They had great resources for materials, and got the best deals on them to keep our costs down. He always checked in with us to make sure we loved everything as he was working. They had to completely dismantle our swing set but put it back together perfectly. He is such a friendly guy, and I can't say enough how happy we are with his work, and how well of a job he and his team did. We will definitely be having him back to do more projects, and I seriously can't recommend him enough. PLEASE hire this guy, don't waste your time with anyone else.

I contacted this company via email and phone call on April 2 to have this company bid on landscape maintenance at my home. I verified verbally that someone would be at my hone by 2pm on April 9. By 3:30 today no one showed up and no contact was received. I called this company again and the lady I spoke with said she did have record of my inquiries and understood I was scheduled for service today but did not know why no one showed up. However, the lady said I was called but did not answer. I did see a call but for some reason no message was left. Nothing was communicated why no message was left or why it appears only one call back was made. The lady who I spoke with today said she didn’t know what happened but I didn’t talk to her. I replied that should not matter. I have had serious problems with finding a good landscape company and thus experience was no different. No one actually communicates. Their primary issue is not to communicate and certainly not accept responsibility. How companies can put such glowing, self serving descriptions on their website but have no clue about customer service is amazing. Lost me as a customer before they ever start. I am certain anything I say does not matter. Sad

The large tree in my front yard desperately needed to be trimmed way back. With each storm, I was so worried it would come down. I asked my neighbor for his landscaper as they always do a great job for him. He asked Brandon to call me and he called me so quickly. He explained my options thoroughly. His crew was very efficient and so nice. His lead, Eddie was great to work with and went the extra mile. I recommend highly!

Provided free estimates, answered all my questions even through text, they were on time and ready to work without any hiccups, respectful to my neighbors and most of all communicated step by step what he’ll be doing so I stayed informed along the way.

Felipe returned my calls and gave me a price quote. When I called him back he was able to do the job the next day. He was on time and it looks great. He accepts cashless payments. Excellent job. I would definitely recommend him.

The company literally blows the vegetation debri on and under your card in a pile. The rest gets blown into the street. I would like my car re detailed.

This has been my best experience to date for a good sized landscaping project. Adam and his team swept in like a tornado, re-graded my side yard / added a long raised planter / new BBQ pad / paver patio & walkway. They are great to work with, excellent knowledge and suggestions.
