They just completed work on our house exterior and the wall that encircles the property. They were amazingly professional and focused. The quote and contract were handled on-line and were professional and thorough and easy to understand. They fully answered all questions we had and gave us both oral and written (on-line) status reports for each of the three days they were on-site. Work was done to high quality standards and team on-site was thorough and hard-working. We highly recommend them with no qualification.

I had a vacant house that I needed painting to be performed. The issue I have is related to the overall quality of the contractors, and inspection done by the foreman. My overall experience with this company has been one of absolute disappointment.

The painters removed light fixtures, light bulbs, smoke detectors, removing curtains, doors were painted in a way that they are now stuck and unable to move as expected, and left debris on the back patio and throughout the house. I am finding this out after the fact from my property management company.

It’s honestly unprofessional, and I’m now almost out ~$500.00 to get someone to come to my house to clean it up and remove and reinstall items. I had to repeatedly ask for pictures through emails, and when receiving them there were only a few sent over from the painting company that didn’t provide us with a clear view of the work done. I actually had to hire a handyman to come out to my home to take photos, and they sent over albums of photos related to the painting done. This was what I expected from the company that I hired to paint my house while it was vacant, even after repeatedly asking for more photos.

I did not bring up all my complaints with the company itself as I feel it’s a waste of my time, and how can I trust them at this point. I will not be using this company again due to this.

If you use this company in the future, I recommend being there to oversee them rather than them working unattended.
