Property Management hired them and just one guy showed up after Mondays storm. When he saw the tree he said he quoted too little and needed to negotiate a new estimate. Even though they initially underestimated the job, Mike was great, He never was the issue. He got hurt and took care of himself like he should. He called me the next day apologizing profusely that he was yelled at due to the initial review. Apparently the person he reported himself sick to was on leave and manager called me later that they figured out that was the reason. As stated Mike was not the issue. HR dropped the ball. Mike really took responsibility. He came across like a professional. That aside they released a 3 man crew after and it took them 6 hours after the work Mike had put in last Tuesday. The job is mostly done and Michael is getting stump killer on it as promised. The only issue left is that they didn't go into my neighbors yard to haul the branches, but tried to pull them over the brick wall, she did allow them into her yard from her house. All the cinder blocks are still missing, I'll address that with property management as the neighbors side is still a mess.
Which we noticed later in the evening. Management asked if I would update the review. All actual laborers have been great.
Miscommunication happens, but always value your employees. Your employees are you business and they can go somewhere else, just like customers.

I like the ability to auto pay for my services so i do not have to worry about remembering. Mirna Martinez the admin is very nice and quick to respond to inquiries. The guys that come are thorough and attentive.

I hired these guys for an initial clean-up based on their reviews and am very satisfied. Our yard had gotten overrun with weeds and debris. Nathan got in touch with me right away to schedule a site visit, and I had a quote that same day. His quote was very competitive so I didn't even bother getting other quotes. The work was scheduled within a week. His crew was very courteous and finished the job quickly. Definitely recommend, and I'll be using them again for ongoing maintenance. Thanks Nathan!

We had these great guys come out and clean up our neglected landscaping and backyard this week, the place looks fantastic. I'm all set to entertain for the Fall, and I couldn't be happier with the yard.

Hired Jose for a general yard clean up and he did a good job. A couple of months later I hired him for monthly yard service. My lot is around 3/4 acre and we agreed on general cleanup excluding tree trimming for $175 per visit.

He and his team were punctual and stayed for about an hour which comes out to $58/hr per person. Front and back area looked good after they finished and Jose needed to get paid right then and there. After they left I discovered that the side area of my yard looked untouched and branch clippings that we had agreed to be picked up where left behind.

I texted him and his response was I do it next month. Since I don't want to stare at a pile of debris for an entire month I politely asked him to come back before next month and to complete the job. He agreed and said next week. I didn't hear from him for 5 days and reached out when he would come. His response: I'll come by tomorrow and pick it up, but in the future I will only pick up branched that we cut off. He made it sound like he was doing me a favor by coming back even though it was part of the scope when he quoted me.

Needless to say he didn't show up when he promised he would. I then proceeded to call him to see when he would come back and he just hung up the phone on me. At almost $60/hr per person I expect better service!

Hire him at your own risk. He is a charming guy and fooled me.

I recently had my backyard landscaping done with Victors. My requirement was a low cost but yet a neat one to cover the dirt as this was a new build. Ana the project manager was great to work with. She helped schedule the whole work the way I wanted and completed the work at earliest possible time frame within the original estimated cost.

Exceptional attention to detail and quality of service from bid to finish. I'll be hiring them for some more work in the near future.

David and his team always leave our yard looking beautiful. They do great work and are very friendly and respectful. They are quick, efficient, and reliable. We are so happy to consistently have them come maintain our yard.

They came out to do yard maintenance which meant a huge cleanup to start including tree and bush trimming and grass mowing/edging. They went above and beyond my expectations. I don't think the yard looked this good since we moved in. Highly recommend them.

This is a great place to work. As far as one of the comments referring to these people? What exactly does that statement mean? They are called landscapers and did it bother you they parked on the sidewalk? Did they take your parking spot or cuz you had to walk around? Maybe that's the only place they had to park. And their work is great they are hard workers. Why don't you try to do their job and see how good you are since you seem to have a judgemental opinion on these people . You are very ignorant lady.. sorry for my comment but really I'm not.

They service my neighbor so I asked them if they would service my yard. One of the workers gave me Alfredo's number who then set it up. Only to stop showing up and stop responding a couple months later. I then called the company directly only to find out I was never set up with them and that Alfredo was pocketing the money and they wouldn't be responsible. The GM said Alfredo was still with the company and while he initially agreed to officially set up service for me, he later said they wouldn't be able to do since the guy who did steal from the company was still with them. GREAT JOB!

I have been using Back to Nature for my business landscaping needs for over 10 years. This company cares! They do a great job and will listen to my needs and desires. They have maintained our grounds, plants and trees wonderfully. They have also helped us install new plants and trees that work! On the rare instance where there is an issue with any part of their service, the are very responsive to my concerns and address them quickly. Again, a company that truly cares about its clients and about the work they provide!

Asked for bid on normal size house with average yard clean up...$1600, 4 guys for 8 hours.....said if it takes less than 8 hours, still going to be $1600...to weed and trim and rake. I don’t know about you but I sure don’t pay people who charge for an 8 hour day but then add disclaimer that it could be less than 8 hours but still full day charged......also, he wants prepayment for his jobs and for maintenance work. That, I believe, is illegal to ask for in CA. Just thought I’d share what I found out when I asked for an estimate. Sounds very fishy to me

No good I asked them for a bid for my property of 17 acres and they did not respond, Listened on the 1st initial phone call but nothing beyond that

I just to work there, co-workers are very friendly and administration made parties for workers to let them know that they appreciate their hard work!

Still waiting on a call about an issue I inquired about.
