We are so happy with everything and love our front yard more then we thought we would. I highly recommend Straight Line to anyone looking to get their landscaping done. Chris was so great to work with. The workers are amazing. Holly was great with design. Everyone is very patient and wants the homeowner to really love their yard so we really appreciate that! Curt and the Outside Living Concepts team did a phenomenal job upgrading our backyard. They are a highly skilled team of professionals that go above and beyond and deliver as promised. Curt is an outstanding designer with a great passion for what he does. His recommendations were on point as he weaved what we were looking for with his expertise and vision. It was great seeing George, the lead foreman, and Daniel, the lead mason, bring Curt’s vision to life and turn a plain backyard with a pool to something that now resembles a 5-star resort. We are very happy with the final product and absolutely love our new backyard!

I contacted this company via email and phone call on April 2 to have this company bid on landscape maintenance at my home. I verified verbally that someone would be at my hone by 2pm on April 9. By 3:30 today no one showed up and no contact was received. I called this company again and the lady I spoke with said she did have record of my inquiries and understood I was scheduled for service today but did not know why no one showed up. However, the lady said I was called but did not answer. I did see a call but for some reason no message was left. Nothing was communicated why no message was left or why it appears only one call back was made. The lady who I spoke with today said she didn’t know what happened but I didn’t talk to her. I replied that should not matter. I have had serious problems with finding a good landscape company and thus experience was no different. No one actually communicates. Their primary issue is not to communicate and certainly not accept responsibility. How companies can put such glowing, self serving descriptions on their website but have no clue about customer service is amazing. Lost me as a customer before they ever start. I am certain anything I say does not matter. Sad

DO NOT USE! This company has terrible customer service. First I call them, no return call. Then a few days later I fill out the 'request a quote' on their website. NADDA. nothing.

Two weeks later, they saw I posted on line and so they reached out to us asking if they can give us a quote. Chase shows up, does the measurements (nice guy). He says he will send me quote later, so I give him my email address.

I received a text on my cell with an attachment (the quote), I tell Amy I am older and can't read a small phone screen, PLUS, it was my personal cell and the quote was for where i work and so I remind her to please email it. - she says she has no way to email me the quote!! and I never heard back from them. She can't pick up the phone and give me quote over the phone? Guess they don't want our business. it's 2022 and they can't email something or make phone calls?? If this is the type of service they offer , NO THANKS.

Most professional company I have done service with. Tim was awesome. Very informative and defiantly knows what he is doing. This company isn't out just to collect a check but to keep customers happy and coming back. Honest work on a great price scale. We will continue to use this company for all of our irrigation needs.
