Chad and his crew recently updated our backyard landscape. They showed up on time and were very profession. They even coordinated with our neighbors and made sure everyone was happy due to their being very little room to park in our cul-de-sac. When some of the work wasn't up to Chad's standards they ripped it out and re-did it at their expense. I hadn't even noticed the issue. They stayed within their originally quoted budget and exceeded their originally quoted schedule. We will use Chad and his crews for all future work.

We just moved in to a house with only dirt in the backyard. Jeremiah came out and listened to what we were thinking for the yard and then gave us suggestions that we hadn't even thought of. Jesus and his crew did an exceptional job with all of it. They all were not only great at their job, they were kind and very considerate. Supervisor, Darrel, kept us updated on all aspects of the project. From the island grill and the fire pit to the pergola and landscaping, they truly transformed our bland backyard to our own personal paradise. We would highly recommend Masterscapes to anyone wanting to improve or totally makeover their yard. They do high quality work with the best materials and great workmanship. These qualities are extremely hard to find these days.

I had them do my backyard in 2 phases. Both times they were wonderful. Their great service is a rarity in this field. They are reliable,honest,very quick to complete the work and high quality workmanship. Their prices are more than fair. Garrett has great design ideas and answers his phone or texts right away.unlike some others that take days to return calls. I highly recommend G Michael yard service. They truly are the best!

This is the 2nd time we have used Pristine Green this summer. We had just moved into a new home and were in need of a new crew and a major clean-up as the hard hadnt been attended to in a while. They gave me an estimate over the phone and were able to get us in right away! They are very reasonably priced, do an AMAZING job, quick to respond and no issues getting an appt last minute. The management and crew are very nice and easy to work with. When people visit, one of the first questions they ask is who does the yard maintenance?! After careful investigation and discussions with multiple landscapers we decided to go with “Botanist of the Valley” to landscape our front and back yard. From the beginning, the process went very smoothly. They coordinated the selection of plants, rocks and any changes with us. All their workers were courteous and helpful during the installation. We even asked them to move our very large chiminea from the driveway to the back yard, no problem. Some additional work and equipment was added without the additional cost. After the work was done and paid for they have had an excellent response to any questions and landscaping touch ups. I would recommend “Botanist of the Valley” to my friends.

The techs assigned to McDowell village were very rude on 4/13. I was eating my lunch outside because it was nice out. The workers came by with leaf blowers and didn't seem to care they were blowing dust and leaves at me while I was sitting on a bench. Not very good service if you ask me.

I just to work there, co-workers are very friendly and administration made parties for workers to let them know that they appreciate their hard work!
