I asked Luis to pretty much re-landscape my parents' backyard. All my parents had in the back was just dirt, weeds, and a citrus tree planted by my grandpa. Luis and his team came in and did an excellent job transforming the backyard to a much more attractive place for our family to hang out. My dad especially loves the putting green that was added... and the little bench between the citrus tree and the putting green is a perfect little shady spot to relax while putting around. Did I mention that Luis and his team was able to get the job done in one day! The timing was perfect! They completed the job before my parents returned home from the hospital. Needless to say it was a great surprise for them. Luis is a great guy with great teams working with him. I would highly recommend Landscaping Authority for your landscaping needs. I look forward to working with them again! I would approvingly suggest deer valley landscaping for creation, installation, and maintenance to those who are particular and want outstanding service. Keep working hard.

My Mother and I have been using their services for about a year and half. We were going to leave the last renewal, but when we threatened, they finally got off the dime and got out to the property (3 months after we started calling to get them out and 2 months after our contract expired). My mother left numerous voice mails that they claim they have no record of (yeah right). Then, when I had them out to treat weeds that had come up during our 6-month contract, they were dragging their feet and not responding. Finally threatened to leave and suddenly I get a response from someone. They come out and treat but the receipt now shows different wording about what is not covered than our original contract. So, I email the person again and, since they can't seem to keep track of phone calls, said I am only dealing with them via email so I have a record. I asked for them to send the proposed language of any renewal and keep their word that they would simply schedule us without us having to keep calling and emailing. Well, 4 weeks later and they still hadn't responded. So, even though we were in the process of getting a new provider, my mother wanted to give them a chance to respond and do the right thing by keeping wording on our contract as it has always been (lists 4 specific weeds that are not covered instead of just grassy weeds which is far too subjective. The owner decided he didn't want to respond and would let us take our business elsewhere, which is very very very fine with me. I tried to get my Mother to drop them 8 months ago. If you want to deal with people who return calls and emails and do what they promise they will, I suggest you run away fast from this company - there are too many competitors out there that know how to run their business and don't given you excuses like we've had people out sick for two months.

These guys are great. Luis showed up to give a quote in person for our demo job. They were able to start the next day - a Saturday, and would have worked Sunday too if I hadn't insisted they take a day off. They got the job done quick and they were extremely considerate of saving us money. Best of all, the communication was impeccable. As I was away at work I got regular updates from Luis about the progress. Whenever something came up, Luis was on top of it, providing details and helping out. This is a great company!

It's the best place to work at everyone is very nice and hard working.

They never showed up they day , they said they were coming so I got someone else to do my yard. Maybe I'd try them again. Or another small company.

I just to work there, co-workers are very friendly and administration made parties for workers to let them know that they appreciate their hard work!
