Abel Hardscape did an amazing job landscaping my back yard and replacing my old porch. They were very attentive and made sure to keep me in the loop through every aspect of the work. There were quite a few changes made from the beginning of the project, but they made sure to find the best solution that both fit my budget and made my yard look as good as it could! It was an absolute joy working with them and I couldn't recommend them more!

Hired Jose for a general yard clean up and he did a good job. A couple of months later I hired him for monthly yard service. My lot is around 3/4 acre and we agreed on general cleanup excluding tree trimming for $175 per visit.

He and his team were punctual and stayed for about an hour which comes out to $58/hr per person. Front and back area looked good after they finished and Jose needed to get paid right then and there. After they left I discovered that the side area of my yard looked untouched and branch clippings that we had agreed to be picked up where left behind.

I texted him and his response was I do it next month. Since I don't want to stare at a pile of debris for an entire month I politely asked him to come back before next month and to complete the job. He agreed and said next week. I didn't hear from him for 5 days and reached out when he would come. His response: I'll come by tomorrow and pick it up, but in the future I will only pick up branched that we cut off. He made it sound like he was doing me a favor by coming back even though it was part of the scope when he quoted me.

Needless to say he didn't show up when he promised he would. I then proceeded to call him to see when he would come back and he just hung up the phone on me. At almost $60/hr per person I expect better service!

Hire him at your own risk. He is a charming guy and fooled me.

Raymond and his crew do fabulous work! It is top quality, they are professional, and always reliable! I have gotten so many compliments on my yard and I could not have done it without them! I definitely recommend their services!

I've had nothing but great experiences with Legacy Landscaping. The owner Greg is always responsive and ready to give a quote no matter how big or small the job. Greg even came out the first time I used them which I appreciated very much. I highly recommend their service and know you won't be dissatisfied. I only make one phone call with any landscaping jobs and it's to Legacy.

I can only say this is a disingenuous company. I asked for a quote and they sent someone out. I explained what I needed done and they provided a price. I agreed to the price and paid 1/2 upfront as they requested. The day they arrived my wife explained to the foreman how she wanted certain plants trimmed which was no different that my explanation provided to their estimator. 10 minutes later I received a call from their office saying that now my property was determined to be a clean-up and cost $120/hr.. I asked why? The girl said because of what my wife described. When pushed to explain in detail the girl could not. I expressed this is not what we agreed to and they packed up and left at my request. The owner called and explained I changed the scope (oh sorry that I asked to have one small bush removed and 1 out of 4 ficus nitida's needed slightly more trimming) even though 1/2 of my bushes did not need trimming nor the trees since I have another company manage them. I do understand that additional work may be an additional cost but the foreman should have mentioned that up front , even if he had to confirm with his office (the owner disagreed and said that was not his job). So, by the time I was on the phone with their office, the plant was already out. At the end of the day, a difficult company to do business with.

3/15 - From my perspective 1 small bush removal should not constitute a change of scope to a total clean-up. I again reiterate that the foreman prior to removal of the bush should have simply stated sir, this may be an additional cost, let me check with my office and confirm before I start the work. I explained this to Victor who said that is not the foreman;s job. Perhaps Victor you should change your policy and empower your foreman with the ability to at least advise of a pending additional cost before doing the actual work and then check in with your office. It's pretty obvious Victor that it's your way, and not your customer's and when push comes to shove, the right side is your side, not the customer's.

Original repair was not what I asked for and it leaked within 15 months. After one week of asking the repair is still not done.

Rigo showed up promptly and was very considerate and professional. He took out two trees, by the roots, and a large cactus. They were finished in about 4 hours. The holes were filled up and covered. The yard looks wonderful, even exceeding my expectations!

Sergio came out gave free estimate and was suppose to come back next day around 12. I never got a call, never got an apology, and he never showed up. My 2nd time using him. The first time he was great! Dont know what happened but will not use him again.

Luis Morales from MPLandscaping,loc did an excellent job for us. He installed new wiring from the backyard water timer to our front yard. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. We highly recommend him for and landscaping needs!

Bad Business, Nice Employees...Not Sure About Their Training Or Vision.

Recieved a flyer. After a few days of trying to get ahold of them, I finally did. They told me they always charge an initial clean up fee but I explained my yard has been maintained for years by the same landscaper (who unfortunately retired) so there is no 'clean up' needed. But they said there is always a minimum initial charge. I went ahead and made an appointment to get a quote for the weekly service but they never showed up!! I called several times but no luck getting a hold of them!
Why go through all the cost and labor or printing flyers, going house to house to get business then drop the ball?!???
So frustrating!!

these people like to park on the sidewalk when they like to take breaks ........ and thier work is not that great.

The most inconsiderate company. ? woke up an entire house if people who had a long day of work ahead of them with a chainsaw 5 ft from or room window. And they weren't even working for us. I I derstand beating the heat. But that was ridiculous

The company was hired by the homeowner to replace an irrigation valve. We discovered that the valve was leaking and asked them to go back and repair it. They went to the property, claimed the valve wasn't leaking and charged me a trip charge of $62. I went to the property, took a picture of the valve spraying water and sent it to them. They refuse to look at the video and want to charge me to go back to the property to check it again. I would never recommend a company with this kind of customer service policy.
