We called University Lock & Security about rekeying our commercial office as well as fixing the existing lock. The locksmith called us back within an hour and had someone over to our office within 30 minutes. Wade Martin was our technician and he was nice, knowledgable, and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. He was very kind and I felt safe the entire time I was at the office alone with him. He was even able to give us multiple keys to our new lock saving us the time of having to get duplicates made. Overall, 5 stars for Wade and University Lock & Security. We will definitely use them in the future. Highly recommend!
