We had an issue with the front door lock and he was able to fix it within 10 minutes for a very reasonable price. We will absolutely use them in the future for all of our lock issues. Would definitely recommend them.

My copy keys did not work but I sent email and got a refund right away, no questions asked.

I had a mail key where it was stuck (in the turn mechanism) luckily I was finally able to get a guy to come and replace it for me big thanks to micheal Romano for coming by and being quick with his work I have a locksmith I will be calling in the future

I called at 7:30, no one showed up by 8 even though I live 15 minutes from their location. I called and they had associated the wrong phone number with my address and called someone else that had cancelled their service. I needed to be somewhere by 8:30 and no one was even out to my house til that time. And for the inconvenience they took off all of $10 from my total. Really irritated, will never use their services ever again.
