I called to schedule service, they scheduled based on my availability and convenience. The technician made sure he understood my expectations, clarified charges, and left his work area at least as clean as it was when he started. He did offer other services but accepted my no thank you without trying to push me into buying more than I wanted. He wore a mask and was polite, professional, and timely.
