After I locked myself out of my condo, I was lucky enough to find Todd and Alcatraz Locksmith. He was able to open the door in a flash, re-keyed both of my doors (which I was planning on doing anyway as they had not been changed since I moved), and stuck to his estimate! That would have been enough in and of itself, but he's such a friendly and funny guy, I know who I'll be recommending to anyone I know who needs locksmithing in the future.

This locksmith will access your property without ANY verification. Be careful. This is illegal business and a major security concern. The owner is also very unprofessional dealing with this when I asked for a refund (see screenshots of correspondence). The cops were notified and a case has been open but I want others to be aware. My vacation renter was stressed out because she had locked herself out of the house. She called Turn Key Locksmith who didn't verify that she was a renter and the locksmith entered my house without ANY permission, opened the back of the house which is not a part of the house I allow renters to access and has many of my valuables! He didn't ask for any proof she was a renter. She could have been anyone. I pay $60 a month for ADT security system, but this locksmith will just come and charge $85 without any verification or screening and let a stranger in my house or yours! Please do not use this company. I am shocked how this whole incident was handled as well.

I like your service because you work 24/7. It's incredibly convenient. I wish all services worked around the clock. Once, my key broke in the door lock, and I couldn't enter my house at 3 am. If it weren't for your round-the-clock service, I would have had to go to my parent's house on the other side of town. Thank you!

My 2008 Honda Civic ignition key suddenly didn't work. I had the car towed to an auto repair shop. The auto locksmith said the entire ignition switch would have to be replaced and a new key programmed. This of course means I would end up with a separate ignition key and a separate door key. They also wanted $800+. I called BCM Locksmith and they said they could rebuild the ignition using the Same Key and for a Lot Less. Very Reasonable, Very Affordable! I had my car towed to their location and within a very short time I had my car back with 1 key that fits the door and the ignition. They also replaced the battery in my key as well. I'm thrilled by how much I saved. I highly recommend BCM Locksmith for Honest and Affordable work!!!!!

Honestly some of the best service I've ever had. Decided to have my new house re-keyed and it was scheduled and done within just a few hours. Very accommodating to your own personal needs. My locksmith even came in the middle of the night without me present to re-key the house and threw in an extra key for free. I would highly, highly recommend this company.

I have been a customer of this company for five and a half years or so. There is rarely a part they cannot identify or offer a replacement for. I typically speak with William, as he is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to lock hardware. If I can't figure out what I'm looking at, I can send him a picture text, and almost certainly he'll figure it out. I have come to call him the Lock Wizard. But there are several other sales reps available that do a tremendous job as well. So I buy my general locksmith supplies, leversets, panic bars, keys and cylinders from them, but they also have so much more available like automotive locksmith supplies, access control systems, security camera systems and so much more.
