After sending pictures and explaining the situation, Carol gave me a diy trick to try and it is holding for the time being. This company is not registered under the BBB. Had a issue with their service. Asked to speak to their management - Called 2 x , and never got a response.. Find another service that is legit. This business does not know what customer service means.
