I believe our locksmith was named Drew, and he was quick, knowledgeable, and showed up at 5 on the dots after calling to make sure the time was still good (my window was 5-8!) He was polite, clean, and in the wake of the “virus” he came equipped with wipes to clean the door knobs afterwards lol!

Will be using acme again should we need any other lock smith services!

I accidentally locked my keys in my car while I was out shopping, and what's worse I was taking care of my sister's 3 month old as well, so both of us were stuck outside in the hot sun. Luckily I found these guys on Google and Aaron arrived in 15 minutes to help me out. He was friendly, funny and super quick getting my door open. What's more, my niece started crying while this was going on. I was trying to quiet her down but she wouldn't stop. As soon as Aaron got the door open he came over and asked what was wrong. I said she was probably hungry or something. So, Aaron put down his tools, picked up my niece and lifted his shirt. He breastfed her right there in the Target parking lot. Super chill guy, didn't make a big deal of it. Best locksmith I've ever had!

The locksmith gave me a timely response to my inquiry. Knowing that the door lock had been changed when I needed to have it rekeyed, he was pretty delighted, joyous, and at rest. The best reviews are what I can expect.

I like your service because you work 24/7. It's incredibly convenient. I wish all services worked around the clock. Once, my key broke in the door lock, and I couldn't enter my house at 3 am. If it weren't for your round-the-clock service, I would have had to go to my parent's house on the other side of town. Thank you!

Listen honestly if I could give RJ locksmith 10 Stars it still wouldn't be enough I'm serious I can't speak more highly of this man Rick Jeffries is one of the most respectable and honorable men I've met in a long time. I just recently moved my family into a new home and need the six locks changed for safety and peace of mind and after getting the runaround from quite a few other locksmiths out there I finally got blessed with this great company and awsome guy.
