Fantastic work by the technician. He was kind and professional from the moment he picked up the phone until he arrived at my house. While I was locked out of my house, he arrived within 20 minutes and kept me updated on his whereabouts through WhatsApp, which was quite comforting. Expensive but convenient

I called this place thinking it was 5 minutes from where I was stuck at. The guy took over an HOUR to get to me when he said he was 30 minutes away. The kid looked to be barely 17 years old and charged me $170 to unlock my car which took him less than 10 seconds to do. I’ve never heard of or been charged that much to unlock my car. I tried to ask for some money off since it took him so long to get there and he said no. Lady on the phone was rude too. Will never call this terrible company again.

Keys turned out great. Cute designs. A little pricy though.

A bit expensive. I could have gone to the hardware store and paid $4.99 for a duplicate, instead, it was $12.99.
I ordered a Suns Logo, and they sent me a logo key from Canada... Go Figure!!!
