I moved into my first home recently and ARCO Lock & Security was sent out through my home warranty company. I was told the appointment would be between 3pm and 5pm. I left work at 2:30pm thinking I would have plenty of time (what technician every gets anywhere early, right?). Got a call even before I had left work (and missed) and then my home warranty company called to say that the technician was AT MY HOUSE. It was 2:35pm. I got there about 10 minutes later and he actually thanked me for being on time. Brent did a great job. I didn't even realize he had already rekeyed the home while he was updating the panels for the home security system. I even got to show off a bit when he had me download the Brinks app and I had already answered some of the questions that popped up after downloading the app. He walked me through several things on the app as well as the panel and offered suggestions as to how to not set the alarm off accidentally.
