Phoenix Lock & Locksmith technician knows what he is doing, doesn't try to up sell, his pricing is fair and most importantly he is honest! I highly recommend him.

Keys worked great, but a bit more $ than I expected.

This service came out to my business to repair my front door that would not lock anymore. The locksmith attempted to replace the lock mechanism on my door, which didn't fix the problem. My door still wont lock shut. He said someone else would need to come out and finish the job. He presented us with a bill charging us $556 in parts for a $50 part and 6 hours of labor. This should have been a $200 repair and he has not come back to finish the job. I wish I could give zero stars. I tried to call the company back and got an offshore call center. Once I voiced my complaint they hung up on me. Buyer Beware on this company. Either the Company is crooked or they have a rogue locksmith that is soiling their name.

This is always my go-to locksmith. They have tons of different types of key choices, keychains, safes, door lock accessories, and so much more. They are still very reasonable price and they do it right the first time.

I LOVE KEYME! I was actually dredding going to look for somewhere to copy my house key. Then, while at the kiosk I realized that I coukd make a sticker of my key fob which is so much easier because now I don't have to take my huge keychain out of my bag, it's much easier since I pasted it on the back of my phone! Great service and I am so pleased! Keep it up!!

I had 3 new keys made to my apartment. It worked like a charm and was handy having it right inside Fry's.

My copy keys did not work but I sent email and got a refund right away, no questions asked.

Keys were made quickly and all worked well. Just wish there was more design choice on-site. Most designs had to be shipped.

Buyer beware! KeyMe is outsourcing calls to terrible 3rd party locksmith companies. I called KeyMe and unbeknownst to me, Keyme outsourced me to a 3rd party service. After the service was complete, the locksmith charged me $220 for 5 minutes of work to drill out my door handle. They did not have another door handle to replace the drilled handle and he did not clean up the mess. He did not send me an invoice as promised. For that price, I should of driven to home Depot and bought the best cordless drill and done it myself. I feel completely taken advantage of. It's a shame there are companies out there like this. Next time I will ask more questions up front.
