My daughter was stranded and needed a replacement car key. Todd was great! He helped me understand what needed to be done, what it would cost, and hopped right in the van to come to her aid. As a dad, I was really glad. And when she found her key (in the funniest of places) before he got there, he was happy for her and didn't charge. That speaks volumes, so I'm happy to give Alcatraz Locksmith 5 stars!

The key I needed was not a normal stocked key in the machine so they offered to mail one to me in 3 days. The machine scanned the key. I received it from ups in 3 days. Worked great! No worries. Thanks a lot.

very fast and accurate, but too expensive

I ordered three keys and one didn't work it was too big but that's to be had. But I kindly informed customer service of my issue, and they reply back promptly within the given time. My issue was addressed through email with a personable response, and concluded a refund would be the best solution. I'm happy to say that I'm planning on using them once again and try with my key fob for my car and see how that works out but all in all great job.

Total criminals. Called for a local locksmith to come out and open a truck door with no power locks and windows. They charge me a $170 to open with one airbag pump. When I asked the technician on site he said he did not set the prices, I called the headquarters and they told me the technician is the one that sets the price when he goes out. These people are crooks. Please do yourself a favor and use another company.

Keys were perfect. Took a little longer than the machines at hardware stores but sometimes those copies don’t work. Excellent service!

My key works great and only took a couple of days to get to me.

Went to Fry's to have my car key copied and it wasn't compatible with the machine. They claim to be up to 66% cheaper than dealership replacements. They called me this morning with a quote and it was something along the lines of $260. They seemed taken aback when I said I didn't want to make an appointment and said that it would cost me $400-500 at the dealership. Called the dealership afterwards and it'll cost $117 there. KeyMe is a rip off.

A great experience made a bad day a little better.
