The tech picked up the phone after two rings, carefully noted our unique needs, and arrived at my house within an hour to install new door hardware. He completed the task in twenty minutes!

Instructions were very understanding just follow to a T you can't go wrong. I love my lite key and the keys work FINE. my husband went to a key service Place earlier and he got back home and the keys doesn't work but I went to Walmart to one of the key machines for the first time and had two keys made and they work just fine
