Great guy, very accommodating. He showed up on time to my storage unit to cut the lock off when I lost the key, however due to my own error we were there an hour before the place opened. He left and came back when the place opened with no complaints.

Needed a key fob added to my car, and Charles could've just wiped my immobilizer and been done with the job in 20 minutes, but instead jumped through a ton of hoops and went above and beyond to save me money and hassle later on down the road with not having to reprogram my spare. Brent was an excellent worker. ARCO Lock should count their blessings he's on their staff, as I do for having Brent's help moving our alarm pad. I contacted our own alarm company to do the job and their quote was high enough that I decided to shop it around. ARCO Lock gave me a range that was $100 cheaper than my alarm company's, and when Brent came out to our site, he found a way to do it for the low end of that range rather than the high end. I saved a bunch of money and Brent did a great job. Thank you

Keys work but come out of the machine a lot of metal debris still attached. They need to be sanded down to remove the loose metal.
